  1. My male GSD does it all the time, my female never does.
  2. Hi all, I'm new here but have a highly reactive GSD, Miss Molly. BC Crazy may I ask please what medication your girl is on please? Molly has been prescribed Prozac to try.
  3. That's lovely, I adore the last one!
  4. LOL at the poop! I have been a long time member of the poop club Sorry for going so OT too.
  5. Oh wow he really does sound wonderful and I bet that phone call made your year!!! I so hope I will be able to learn the physio aspect as there is no-one around here. Thankfully yes I crate trained him from day 1! :) Thank you again!
  6. Oh my goodness that must have been terrifying Your poor boy but I am so pleased he is going strong! Thank you, I have communicated with him via email and my pup will need a total hip replacement...on both sides
  7. I agree. Pete Laverty performed the spinal surgery on my Cavalier. Today you would never know anything had ever happened to him. He walks, runs and plays normally. I have utmost confidence in Pete Laverty. I am so happy to read this as my boy has an appointment with Pete in a month and also with Ray Ferguson for severe Hip Dysplasia.
  8. I have recently moved to Bairnsdale too and also have a highly dog reactive dog. I haven't found anywhere other than the one you mentioned. I took my boy there and I wasn't that comfortable, too many people and dogs and nowhere near enough space between dogs for my liking.
  9. Hi Ladies, I was recommended this for my girl who is having some 'issues' lately instead of putting her on Prozac. I have just ordered it so this is only going off some info from some forum friends with their GSDs. But apparently it is great for our older friends. Anwhoo just thought I would put the link here in case you may be interested in researching it :) http://www.amazon.com/Cholodin-Canine-500-tablets-CHEWABLES/dp/B00076KPGG/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1349700601&sr=8-3&keywords=cholodin+for+dogs
  10. Stunning! You are very talented not just with gardening either!
  11. Cooper (GSD) is a total piglet! Molly (GSD) is a hungry hippo but gets distracted easily!
  12. She is a beauty!!! And I suspect the culprit whoever that may be, just didn't want you to be bored on your day off...
  13. I saw this on FB, and nearly wet myself! It is classic and then a little sad.
  14. Just wanted to update to say I now have the Muscle Pro supplement so will start that from tomorrow, thank you for the suggestion Nehkbet.
  15. With Molly it was instant. With Cooper although I loved him dearly from day 1, the deep bond took a few months.
  16. I'm in Eagle Point, a little further than bonniek. Hi bonniek! :)
  17. Hugs to you. I also have a 10 month old with severe hip dysplasia so I understand.
  18. Awesome, I look forward to seeing my very first trial!
  19. Thank you! I will come and be nosey! Yes the cottages are really good, we stayed there for 9 weeks (I think) until we bought a house. I live not even 5 minutes away :)
