My female is on Prozac but for when storms hit, she is on Xanax. If I get them into her fast enough she is still stressed but not the horrible mess she would be otherwise

So Westiemum it may take me a little bit longer than Ness to drop off my two. They are easy and don't get on the furniture but dinner at 6.30 Cooper would have exploded long before then Thanks so much in advance :laugh: I bought a bag today so will see how they go tomorrow with it mixed in.

at the fish and chips Westiemum! I bet they want that everynight now! I'm going to go to Woolies tomorrow and see if they stock it and buy a bag to try. I currently pay $119 for a 13.5 kg bag of Canidae and Coop is loosing too much weight on it. He needs to be lean for his hips but it's getting to the point he looks like a racing Grey! I also am single as of one week time and need to find work so something cheaper if they do well on it would be bloody helpful!

I have a slightly different experience but my then 10 month old GSD(now 17 months) was diagnosed with severe HD. I notified the breeder as soon as I found out. Not wanting anything from her but to let her know. She is a good breeder who does all the health checks and I was blown away when she offered me the purchase price back as she knew I was going to go ahead with surgery. I didn't want to accept as I put it down to really crappy luck on my behalf. My ex insisted we take her up on her offer. Anywhoo over $8000 dollars later and he is recovering from the first surgery (will no doubt need the other side done next year). But I think if you do offer a refund you have gone above and beyond. Some times crappy things happen, there are no guarantees with any life.

Yes I definitely agree with Staff'n'Toller, if your vet wont discuss this with a specialist, email them yourselves. I'm sure between all of us here, we can give you names. I am so very sorry to read about your Molly and I wish you both all the best ((hugs))
