  2. i have used citro with success , atm I am using a voice recorded collar, you record whatever u want onto it , in my case "NO BARK! " but you could record the rattling nails in tin too . I have had ppl laugh at the idea , but it is working great with my girl bought it from topbuy for under $15-
  3. I def would post the park, this does not id the man , I know the Windsor one has several houses near it , I don't go often as there are too many dogs there most times , but if sm1 had threat to bait i def would not go
  4. yes the common brown tick is prolific , I imagine though that your vet would know the dif between the 2
  5. no because it is bad handling and the dog did what I asked Chopper having said that in training my new girl she gets excited and misses, so yes i do take her back , needed to answers
  6. i had a dog like that , she was atrocious ,bottles work well they try to get the treats out , whch takes some time , bottles are a very cheap , long lasting attention diverter . make sure the lid and ring are removed , I know someone that started a dog digging after tossing treats all over the yard , but thats only 1 doh I know of
  7. odd that someone sights and reports they saw the dog , but no1 actaully gets it so it can be returned

  15. is this the dog that was being tslked about while I was on holidays? looks the same one, I thought she had a foster sorted ?
  16. the club I used to go to was good, but one person/trainer was inclined rough , she could incite it in some of the others,I saw her lift her dog by the ears once , when it dropped in the sit stay[groups] sm1 else's dog dropped and the person watching was directed to do it to that dog, I at that point said"if any1 does that to my dog I will do it to you !!!!"not necessary at all IMO . I use the term rough lightly, should be cruel heartless oxygen thief , who i might add is a judge
  17. good job, I didn't know about that site

  19. awesome pics :D they look sooo comfy this is my Chopper and Ricki , not long after I rescued her my fav pic of them with him spooning her , unfort was taken with ph and not very clear pic oh and my pic below is Gizzi using Chopper as a pillow eeek my lappy is playing up, missing bits and adding bits
  20. education on both sides could have prevented this, but even when on lead this could have happened . I had a small child bolt over to Chopper and wrap himself around his neck in a bear hug, luckily Chopper thought this was great and enjoyed every min of it, the mother had a heart stopping moment as she had got him out of the car and turned to get a bag and he was gone . neither of us were quick enough i think maul header was over dramatised for headlines , but a child still got hurt and a dog may get pts , always bad things to happen on both sides
  21. oh such good news after such sad news, all the best to all of you
