I'm going to report you for a banning how dare u not miss ur dogs :laugh: I miss mine , hate going anywhere without them, esp since Gizzi has gotten older and sick , also prefer my own bed , ppl always want you to stay over when there is no need yeah sure stay on ur lumpy spare bed or lounge / go home to my bed and dogs , not a hard choice

would be better to name and shame and shame so , let them really feel it on their bottom line

I emailed the person and asked what criteria they have for a dog, what they are looking for and asked if I could then post the criteria here , may make it easier for ppl to know if they have a suitable dog

thats a great post Snook, I had never thought about a thundershirt before as I thought it was for as name implies for dogs with fear of storms, not till others talked I realised that one of these could be good for gizzi sep anxiety

hmm ty i have considered about getting one of these for Gizzi

mine get fed in the morn all the time, so I feed them a very small breaky on trial day , then they get treats alll day long and a nice juicy bone at the end of the day when I am packing up

i'd love to have more, but I have 3 and a foater, 2 parrots and care for 3 horses, thats plenty to care for more would be too hard and they'd miss out on time spent and training i think , I dont think it matters how big your house is, dogs always lay in the wrong place

this girl i am fostering did it for a few days , i changed her food and was like the poop patrol demon, but as you said you cant always be there, she has stopped now, but has discovered horse poo now :laugh:

considering you obv have read the agility site posts, you should have read that the table will be made available at the nats for practice . I have decided that after much reading of lots of negative it is time to add some positive . I think it is great to see progress and new , I always loo forward to a challenger and these new things add to it , no dif to a difficult course , where some whine and moan and point out where they will stuff up, i and others look at how to succeed , making the win more worthy I put my rescue girl who is scared of a sparrows fart on the table, she looked , but was not petrified , I didn't stick her straight on it and let her find out the hard way, I walked her past it while other dogs were on it then walked her up to it and set it off while she was on the ground , by the time o put her on it she was fine I have great respect for the committee and don't envy them the task they have taken on , much work for little acknowledgement

I have never had a dog pee on me or one of mine on any1 else, but I just recently took on a foster who peed in the water and have since found out this is common i have never encountered it before this dog .Why on earth would they do that

I love my dogs , they rank in importance with family members, but they are dogs and do dog stuff , the fact that i prefer their company to many ppls is just that ppl annoy me :laugh: I say Gizzi is my baby , but that's prob as she was the only one i have had from a puppy and she gets a little more privileges than the other dogs get . They are my personal trainers and company . I don't have kids, and have no inclination to have any , but would fill my house to the brim if I could with fur anf feathers :laugh: It's not practical [ ie my ex knew his place and his place was in line after the dogs ] i feel that i should give them all the best of care as they have no control over their fate , so it is a responsibility to care for body and mind. now having said alll that my dogs are well behaved, they are not spoilt out of control spoilt treated like kids dogs .

silly thing to do , some ppl just don't know, did you point it out to him? so he doesn't do it to the wrong dog with disaterous results

I hate the walking in the rain, missing a day is nothing , but I wouldn't not go out for days because of it, I suck it up and off we got, I do look out for the occasional stop of rain and do a mad rush to go before it starts again

i buy glocosamine powder with msm, chrondotin add to thier food ,and fish oil for my dogs, from the chemist, much cheapoer than the pricey dog brands and if u look at the contents , it's the same stuff

seriously some of these people that complain about how rude and crude everything is, should look at themselves and wonder why they always jump to the lewd crude and disgusting ALL the time , while every1 else just has a giggle , remeber when they tried to ban the bugger ads
