  1. I used to have so many people ask about my Aussie Terrier Poochie too. They'd insist she must've been a silky terrier x maltese or something weird and when I informed them she was a purebred I'd get the "are you sure?" look! Lately I've been seeing Newfoundlands and a Weimaraner who's about 8. I don't know if they are considered "rare" but they are from a location, which seems to have a lot of rescue dogs, mixed breeds and staffies. Oh and there's a lady down the street who owns a black Scottish Terrier and every winter she walks him in his gorgeous red tartan coat. So damn adorable! i was so surprised when i started grooming in a small country town i have 6 Scottish terriers on my books also Wire-haired Fox Terrier Welsh Terrier newfy st Bernard smithfield not complaining here i love them all
  2. lol its not just strangers that get breeds wrong i had a lady book a labradoodle in for grooming once you can imagine my surprise when she walked in the door and following along behind her was a Murry river curly coated reviver she insisted she paid good money for her labradoodle if you ask me she got a better deal with the MRCCR
  3. a simple "please do not pat the dogs" should be ok and as far as being held liable if someone is bit as long as the dogs are on their own property it shouldn't be an issue this also apply to other animals straying into their yard your dogs should not be held responsible for what happens to it my x boss got a call one day while she was at work her next door neighbors rotti had jumped the fence into her yard and her 2 dogs( a pit bull X and a staffy) her dogs defended her yard and with 2 dogs on one it was not pretty the neighbor jumped the fence in an attempt to save his dog but unfortunately got bit in the process he tried his hardest to get both dog PTS because of the incident but they decided that since both he and his dog had jumped a 6ft color bond fence to gain access to the property that was padlock and a sign on the gate saying no entry unless invited that the dogs were only defending their territory however both dogs being of the breeds they were had to have a behavior test done by local laws they passed with flying colors so all charges were dropped against them
  4. a great opportunity has come up and i am looking into relocating my pet grooming business and offering luxury pet boarding as well as pet grooming so I'm in need of ideas to help with the business plan i would like to know what prices do you pay for boarding? dog size and price per night: cat price per night: what optional extras does you kennels offer: what do you look for when searching for the right boarding kennel for your pet? any other comments that you think might be helpful: if your kennels has a website i would love a link
