Not to mention paying people to stop pointing and laughing at me in the street "Aren't you the girl who was squashed by your dog in the trick that went horribly wrong?" :D I'm hoping to go to the Easter Show next weekend and really want to watch the Flyball (I even posted in the Flyball thread :D ). Last night I was watching some YouTube videos on Flyball and I'll be really disappointed if I can't go. Flyball looks amazing to watch. I found some of TerraNik's videos too of Flyball and agility- her dogs are fantastic! It may have been the flu making me delirious, but I'd really like to try and teach Roo to do some of that. No Flyball club around here though :D Sometimes DealsDirect has agility jumps and tunnels and stuff for sale...Hmmmmm.....

The video footage would be worth it, though! Oh God, it would be Funniest Home Videos worthy, that's for sure! You'd hear "Ruby! Up!" then *crash!* *Sound of breaking bones* Followed by me sprawled head first into the dirt. "Ooffff..owwwwww...getoffme...Ican'tbreathe!Ruby!" And Ruby going *Bum wiggle, bum wiggle* "Did I do it? Huh? Mama? Did I do good? Hey? Whaddya think? Mama? Geddup!" :D :D

Wow! What a clever doglet! I have no idea where you would start teaching all those tricks! They're in Hungary too- seems strange to me to see an Australian Kelpie in Hungary

I'm hoping to go to the Show this year (haven't been for years and years! I think I was 10 when I last went!) and plan to go on the weekend of the Flyball Nationals. I've only seen Flyball once or twice, so I look forward to seeing how your teams go

Yeah...not so much. She chewed the corner off the sheet she has outside the other day. I don't think I'd trust her with a hot water bottle. When she was a baby puppy and I was a complete nervous wreck of an owner, I was going to get one of those petsafe heat pack thingys to put in her kennel outside during the day because the weather was so dreadful, but I never got around to it. I did have a wheat pack I would heat up and put in her crate with her at night, but she started to chew the cover, so it went bye-bye. ETA Photobucket- aren't you done with maintenence by now????

Great photos everyone :D Koala, it's been so cold here the last couple of nights, I've tucked Ruby into a blanket as well, but I don't think she stays tucked in for long I think she would much rather sleep on my bed with the electric blanket on since that's where she's taken herself off to nap for the past couple of nights. Makes me feel slightly offended, since she could be in the loungeroom with me in front of the heater instead of up the other end of the house by herself

Oooh look! It's my favourite Frenchie, Asti! ;) Ruby is one next month. At this stage she'll just be getting an extra big juicy bone and maybe some other treats, but I like the idea of fancy treats and biscuits

I took Ruby over to my dad's today. It rained most of the day, and she had to stay tied up outside (under cover) because Dad has been away for a few weeks and came back to mouse central, so has put bait out I took a bag of bones with me and made sure she had a few meaty ones to keep her occupied, but she did give me a few plaintive looks and whines throughout the day. When the rain cleared a little, we went up the road to my brother's place to give the dogs a run while my brother and his family are away. It got a little chaotic with 7 dogs, all with very different personalities, and even though Ruby was very submissive to one of my brother's female working dogs, she managed to have lots of fun playing in puddles with her mama dog. She was actually snorkelling in the puddle in this photo Kinda gross because I saw her wee in it earlier!

Roo got new toys on Friday night- a Kong Wobbler and a Polly Pig Tuffy toy. The Wobbler was pretty much an instant hit (Toy? Plus food? Yes please!) But you can't have it- it's mine! The pig she was a bit more wary of. For starters, it's HUGE! Like the size of a real pig, well, piglet! She sniffed it cautiously, then attacked the Wobbler for awhile. But she came back...to attack!! Ouch Mama! That light is way bright and making me all squinty

They are looking very squishy in those photos Just gorgeous.

I call them "blonde" I know that's not what they're called, but it suits the colour more than "red". And I agree, I think they're gorgeous!

Oh yeah! Crating!!! Why I didn't mention that, I don't know! Crating is great. Big fan of that in our house. Hope it is as affective with Madeleine as it has been with Genevieve! :laugh: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
