I almost bought Ruby that toy at the $2 shop on Saturday, but decided 3 rope toys were enough for now

I bought Ruby a monkey shaped kids pillow thing not long after I got her- she would alternately attack it/hump it, so I put it away. Weeks and weeks went by and I brought it out again. She humped it, so I put it away again. I can't quite bring myself to throw it away yet though...

Ohhhhhhhhhhh Mrs TS! I know I shouldn't be laughing, but oh my god that was funny! Especially the part about what your husband said! Ohhh poor Archie. Hope he's okay. And you of course. Sounds like quite the show! (I can joke only because Ruby is a girl. I'd be freaking out too otherwise, especially because I'd have no one else to put it back in so to speak!) PS Maybe it's time to retire the red cushion of love?

Aussie, how is Mindy going? Did you change her food? I've just changed Ruby over to Royal Canin Labrador. So far (and it's only been a couple of days lol), she really likes it. I'm hoping her poos are smaller too, but will have to give that part a bit longer to judge.

I think the lamb was dumped on her doorstep, but I could be wrong. And as someone else said, definitely nowhere near Bondi. But then again, in another episode he got a "call out" to the Reptile Park about an alligator that was thought to have swallowed a plastic bottle. Because Sommersby is just around the corner from Bondi. Not.

I agree with what everyone has said already. I did feel sorry for that little dog that was attacked though . Hope it was okay. How cute was Leroy?

I just watched that video KTB, and it immediately woke up Ruby who was asleep in her crate. It sounds just like her purple bowling pin squeaky toy (named Squeaker of course). She jumped up and was all like "Squeaker? Where's Squeaker?!" I paused it pretty quickly after that. :D Squeaker is an outside toy, but she has a couple of others that have a less obnoxious squeak that stay inside. I'm still not sure about a toy with 16 squeakers though...

He might be a wedgehead, but he still has those cute ears! :D Love the video KTB. Got sucked in to watching a few of your others after that too- go Leafs!

You'd fit a couple of adult labs in the XXXL size and still have room to swing a cat Lol ;) Not sure what His Grumpiness the cat would think about that! :D Now I'm looking at other stuff to bring postage down to $3.30

Hmmm....I have 3 and a bit hours to decide if I should get one. Would the XXXL be big enough for a Lab? She's only 4 months, and I'm not even sure whether it would hold up to any possible chewing, but it IS a bargain. What do you think?

What size should I get? I resisted the first time around, but now they're even cheaper!

Hee! I tried to get Ruby to balance some meat on her nose last night- I couldn't even get it close! Elbie stays so still! Off topic slightly, but I'm watching the music video you made of Elbie- so cute and such a crack up!

I thought about buying one, but wasn't sure how it would stand up to a 16 wk old Labrador puppy....probably not very well Getting a bit tired of dragging her wire crate from the lounge room to my bedroom and back though. The cardboard I scoot it around on is not doing so well either.

It definitely is all about the money, as you all have said. I was talking to a person at work today about puppies, and she said that her daughter had wanted to breed from their JRT. She mentioned this to her local vet who advised her against it because so many JRT need to have caesarians, and instead advised her to find another bigger dog that they could crossbreed with and charge $800 for a pup! The vet said that's where the money is! Not to mention last week when I was at the hairdresser, she was talking about how her husband wants a "Jug". When I gave her a confused look, she said "Oh that's a Jack Russell x Pug". I said "Why doesn't he just get a Jack Russell?"

Not completely on topic but- Can dogs get tonsillitis? How do they get it? I've never heard of that before. I still suffer from tonsillitis at least once a year (working with kids and their germs is such fun!) and it's horrible to have as an adult human, I can't imagine what it would be like for a dog!

Ruby didn't do well on Advance large breed puppy either (although she was doing really well on the Rehydratable biscuits). I've since changed her to Eukanuba, but am still not 100% sure if I'll keep her on it when the bag runs out. Aussie, what happens if you don't choose Pal puppy food? Does that mean that if you choose a different food you would have to pay for it yourself? Is that allowed? Just wondering
