Mine have their puppy shots, then their 15 month booster, and then three yearly after that. We do obedience/agility, though, and one of our club's stipulations is that vaccinations have to be up to date.

I can work from home if I need to, but it's easier to go to work at the moment. I'm a programmer, so I just remote into the work network if I need to work at home.

I work in an office. My boss has a guide dog puppy, and her poodle comes in sometimes too. Both Akira and Halo have gone to work with me too. I only ever bring one of them, and they come Fridays because it's a half day. :D

I did the same thing. Did a class and practiced with my Sibe, and now I have my show dog so we'll be going back to classes when she's fully vaccinated.

My simple pleasure - watching my girls play together when I thought they'd never be able to for a few months.

My Husky has gotten Border Collie, but we have now been asked TWICE if she's an Akita - at least it's still a Spitz breed, I suppose! Last time was on Sunday at obedience, and I just replied that she'd have to be double the size to be an Akita. The lappie has only gotten GSD or GSD cross so far. I'm sure we'll get some more breed misidentifications for her soon when she gets out and about a bit more.

It's not that they blind people, it's that they're hard to see when driving on open road. Not so bad in the city, but if you're travelling it can be dangerous.

Akira is exactly the same as Emmy. Halo hasn't had a bone yet.

Akira is 12 months old two days before. It's crazy how quickly it happens, hey? Aww they're the same age hehe. Yeah it's mad how quickly it has gone. Though Badger is certainly still a big puppy at heart :D So is Akira.

They really are. The first day I thought there was no way they'd be able to play together until Halo was 6 months old, but Akira quickly realised that she had to be more gentle, which was great. Gorgeous shot of you and Zero, Shell. Aww, your boys are so cute Huga! You look so peaceful in that one, Nik. Cute fuzzy butts, TLC. Lottie is so gorgeous! When I was a kid, I had a toy rabbit that I loved. Mum and Dad suggested I call her "Calici". I liked the name, so I proudly showed everyone my toy rabbit, Calici. It wasn't until I was older that I realised it was named after the calicivirus that kills rabbits. ;) :D

I like my animal's names to be a little bit unusual. We've had Elley, Gus, Wissy Woo, Tea Brat, Sox, Taffy, Akira and Halo. Out of those, Akira is the only one that's a human name (it's a Japanese name), though I suppose Elley and Gus might possibly be too. OH feels the same way, and has had Shags and Cooby. However if my dog looked like a Charlie, he'd be named Charlie. I try to choose names that suit (and whatever anyone says, Halo's name DOES suit her!) and if a human name suits, so be it.
