Ahhh.. just reading (or trying to anyway) your post gave me a headache!! I think it's a bit wrong to do that to a little puppy, however. From a skeletal perspective, isn't the dog still growing, therefore making it vulnerable to damage if the choke-chain is used incorrectly or with too much force?
