Awww, they look so sweet! Who was the sire/dam of your Comeby boy? I have spoken with Suzanne a couple of times about her upcoming litters that will most likely be towards the end of this year..

That is kind of hilarious. Some people just don't get it LOL. I have a beagle x cocker spaniel but you don't see me going around calling her a "purebred bocker". I saw my cousin's dog for the first time the other day and I asked what breed he was and she replied with "He's a Rustydoodle!!". A WHAAAAAT LOL. I didn't bother going on about it but I kind of just laughed inside.

That's our beagle x cocker spaniel, Indi. She's really cute! Thank you so much!

I was considering buying from Rozate sometime this year but unfortunately they have had their last litter for this year. ;) I honestly can't choose which breeder I like the most haha.. So many gorgeous Aussies to choose from. Oh yes, I have contacted Hevnsent once before I think. This will be my "first" dog and first time purchasing from a breeder so I'm taking my time. I want a blue merle male but am very particular about how I want him to look and of course have the right temperament; Do breeders get upset if you are picky about such things as a pup's markings? Just curious. You are all very lucky to have such great pups!

Tuscamada in South Australia. Isaak is going to be Tuscamada Twist of Fate. The breeder is also a member on DOL, you will no doubt see her on the Aussie thread. Ohh, I see. I haven't heard of that kennel, I'm more familiar with the breeders in VIC such as Rozate, Comeby, ect. I just checked out their site and as expected, their Aussies are stunning. Uh oh, I think this is turning into an Aussie thread! ;) Edit: Lovely pic dotty! <3 Just look at those eyes. : )

AHHH, I am in love lol. These two are simply adorable. I don't really know much about showing but I look forward to hearing about their progress in the ring.

He is stunning! I love his name. Just out of curiosity, what breeder are the pups from? ;)

I think a pointee will need to call my house home one day, I love the look and have always loved the sound of their personality. Love the solids! Wish there were more around. I agree!! Wooow, what a stunning Aussie you have! I have only met... a few Aussies in my lifetime but I know they are definitely the breed for me. :D I actually saw an Aussie walking in my town the other and nearly jumped out of the car seat haha! He was so gorgeous... My much kind of gave me a look. Thanks, I think she's just the most gorgeous dog in the whole world but I'm biased! :D Dotty, another member on here has her "little twinnie" who is 1/2 sister from the same breeder and is almost identical to Holly in look. Her twinnie sounds more intellegent than mine though! :p There's often Aussies out a dog shows, if you have the time it might be a good chance to meet some Aussies if you popped out to a dog show! There's also the Vic Aussie Shep Specialty on during the Melbourne cup weekend which is an awesome chance to see HEAPS of Aussies! ;) I am the same if I see an Aussie on the street! Although I'm worse with Irish Terriers (my mum's breed and my 'other' breed) because they are pretty rare. I'm very excited as my newest Aussie is 6ish weeks old at the moment! She's looking very cute in pictures and I'm looking forward to seeing her Sunday! I am definitely hoping to go to a show sometime soon! I just have to find out when the next ones are in VIC. That's awesome! What colour is she?! We would love to see some pics sometime.

Pointees, I think I'll have to come to the next meet for sure! That sounds so exciting!! I would love to meet some people from here and their dogs one day. :D Where is Kepala? I think I've heard of it.. I live in Geelong, VIC.

**urgent** Old Dog Needs A Home Asap
haylz27 replied to kirst_goldens's topic in General Dog Discussion
I agree with Greytmate, re-home an older dog, especially with health problems can be difficult. I believe you are trying to do the right thing by saving this little guy but it might take some serious searching to find him a new home. This could be rather stressful for the dog, especially at 15 years old. Would the lady consider keeping him if his vet bills are paid? -
Wow, I was expecting so many replies so soon. Thank you for the warm welcome everyone. I'm still in the middle of reading through all of the replies.

Hi everyone! This is my first post here. My name is Hayley, and I'm from Victoria. Our family currently owns a beagle and jack russell. What made you choose your favourite breed? What do you love about them? Do you currently own this breed or want to? I personally love Australian Shepherds... There's just something about them. They have such personalities, they can be goofy, are intelligent, and are just everything I'm looking for in a breed. I still have yet to get my own Aussie though. I can't wait though!! ;) I thought this question might be fun. ;)
