Hi breeders i purchased a pedigree pup on main papers last nov and can't get dogs nsw to transfer him to me when i brought him the breeder was a member then after when i sent transfer in they had got suspended now i can't get his papers i feel i'm getting punished for what ever she did wrong is there any one who can help i'm a registered breeder in qld and really want to use this dog for his colour
