What a shame Sale is not putting one on this year, l would have given them an entry

In Canberra last year they had us in order of dog size but at GSDCV we were in random order. l found the Canberra one too relaxed we moved at different speeds the whole way so it was hard to get into a rythem - piled up at the hills and they were alot more relaxed about the amount of control you needed over your dog, l had a BC sitting on my rear tyre the whole way, lucky my cocker is a confident boy it didn't bother him but at GSDVC we had a big GSD if he was sitting on my tyre my gold cocker would have been stressing and no doubt his heart rate would have been up.

Murve we are doing the GSDCV ET with our Min Pin, it should be alot of fun. We have trained at both 12 and 10km's per hour he is currently doing 8km's twice a week, 5km's 3 times a week and two days of just walking.

I saw that there was an M & J XXXX and I wondered. :) :) Also A XXXX?? M and J are my girls and A XXXXX is my mum.

We had 5 entered at Geelong, two neuters plus an entire cocker and two min pins. Yes BB the girls min pins are entered under their first name - same last name.

Just searched for it and it's visable already.

l'll keep an eye out for it.

Thanks, it's all four metacarpal bones that are broken and l think he said they were misplaced (had moved), l'm not sure if it's because we are from a small country town but our vet is happy to splint and that's that.

Friday night as we were leaving for our pups first show she took a mad dive and landed with an almighty bang, xrays showed she has broken all 4 toes at the very top. She is home with a splint but we are wondering / wanting advice on our next move, the vet is cautious about putting pins in such a small pup (min pin) but without pins he says he's 90% sure it won't heal straight. Has anyone had a similar situation ?

Same we entered 5 dogs along with the neuter but found out SA has a two day show 30 min closer with neuter classes both days so we are heading there.

l'd like to know that too can you enter a neuter in veterans

l thought vets were the only ones in Vic who could do it.

We were going to do Sale but it has been cancelled probably due to low numbers in the last few years.

If the loop is not too big fold it under so it sits inside the crimp as you close it.

How is everyones training going ? We are aiming for the GSDCV ET and are currently doing 4 x 5km's a week and 1 x 8km per week with 2 days off. l'm worried about his fitness but don't want to over do it. He's a min pin (11.5 inches) so he will need to be super fit.

l think a new name is a great idea it's like a fresh start.

l got mine from Aldi last year for $7.99 and it's done two lots of training and two ET's plus spent all summer sitting out in the rain and is working just fine for this years ET. Aldi have them on special from today again. l think we will have to do the min pin at the GSDCV ET, l was looking at doing Sale with him to give me alittle more time to condition him.

Gumboots and wet weather gear is already packed but l hope we don't need it. :)

Oh that's a bummer we were planning on doing Sale.

l love my gel seat l just can't find it and Kmart arn't selling them anymore. l'm certainly doing it tough without it, think l might have to get OH to grab me one in Melbourne. We started the min pin tonight l think we will do the Canberra ET with him. it's not a course l love but l'm not sure if he will be fit enough for Sale. Anyone else doing it with small dogs ???

Congrats on your super wins, we entered Albury but didn't make it up, does anyone know how many group 3 neuters there were ? What are the next neuter shows for Vic Geelong in May then ???? We are adding a new neuter to the show team, a group one

Is Canberra doing their's in August this year ? We have started our cocker for the GSDCV ET in June, l'm really looking forward to this ET again.
