Kloey definantly has boobies- but dosnt look too big to me?? she only has 3 weeks to go!! i dont know weather to get another ultrasound or just let nature take its course now Im worrying!! Hope she hasnt absorbed or somthing and its not a phantom

We did 28 days for kloey- she couldnt actually count the amount convincingly- she just could say lots It was the second mating for us though- we did fresh AI and the first collection wasnt soo good When i have had pregnant bitches here from my breeder in the past we have always had it around the 30 days- It was just a conenience thing also for us to do it on day 28. She said we could do it again in 2 weeks if we really wanted to know numbers etc- she also offered xray later on but i wasnt that keen on exposing the little ones to radiation? does any one have any ideas on this? Is anyone going to get xrays? I am sure xray has its place- to check the birth canal- the vet said to make sure they could make it through!!Also to know how many puppies etc to wait for etc? She said it shouldnt be a problem for kloey though. Sparksy- i got a design from a great dane breeder offline also- was it www.mcemn.com i might need som of those puppy feeding dishes- where do you get them from anyone know? Time to get the whip out on the husband to do some work on the whelping box!!! :p

Yes im loving this first timers action!! Sparksy looks like little boobies to me!! Im excited for you and piper too!!! We have just gotten some supplies for an enormous whelping box- you can imagine!!! We are going to have it in our back room near the fire (not too close obviously)!! Is everyone else using a whelping box or some other arrangement?

Hi everyone i am having my first litter and am terribly excited about it all Could any one tell me at what age can you hear fetal heart beats? - i am actually a nurse so i have a trusty stethoscope, but arnt having much luck? I have read on the net it can be quite early, she is an irish wolfhound and i have been told she would be carrying them quite high, in regards to her depth of chest etc. She has been diagnosed with an ultrasound as being pregnant about a week ago. Has anyone got any ideas? Thankyou in advance :D

fingers crossed tris!! Its so exciting isnt it- you try to read everything you can into it- i guess you just dont really know until the ultra sound- although its sounding good!! I was on the net trying to read everything i could to try to convince myself that -yes she definanlty is pregnant- i was still questioning after the ultrasound!!! Although she is getting a little pudgy now....

Kloey is starting to get a belly - although as she is fairly deep in the chest i think she is hiding them well. murmastaffs that belly is huge compared to kloeys!!! - do you let the staffs go into labour or do they have to have- dare i say it the c section word? Dont know anything about these little guys so just curious!! Piper- when do you find out if Jazz is pregnant?

Fingers crossed trish! We had our ultrasound yesterday and are officially preggers too yeahy!!! She couldnt count them yet- she just said "lots" so i dont know if im cringing or excited about that?? Loving the weekly belly shots- i hadnt thought of that!! Im very clucky too so we dont mind belly shots at all the more the merrier!! might get the camera out!!

i agree- i always use a snake chain and have never had any problems with it- in fact i find it gentler than the normal chains And as fifi said this is used on a 75 kg+ dog!!!

Hi guys, In the work up for ACT/Sydney Royal i am curious to know if anyone has a "magic" cure for staining on elbows? A reasonably large area as it is an IW I have heard that good old sunlight soap is the best? Has anyone got any other ideas? Thanks in advance!!

Have you found your dremel "wannabe" ok? or would you go with dremel next time? There is a big price jump!!! my wannabe is great, very happy with it. It was around $60, much cheaper then the equivalent dremel. Any tips where i can get a dremel wannabe? i have been googling and cant find any!!
