Do they get along well with other dogs? yep Are they scared of anything? not that i have seen What training methods do you use? Positive reinforcement? Corrections? both - force gets you no where ;)

Glad it makes sense lol :rolleyes: we do the same thing with our horses to wish my dog was allowed to be inside I always worry that she gets cold outside but she has lots of coats a kennel and a big doona to sleep on and she seems ok

I was told by a vet to remeber when putting a coat on your dog during winter that it will always be colder during night time, so if you do leave a coat on during the day, for the dog to be able to get warm at night you will have to put another coat on over the top because of the temperature changes.Does that make sense? lol

we did roughly the same thing with our puppy and it worked really well she now lays down on the back seat and sleeps the whole way. We found the more toys she had the more excited she got so now we just put her in, clip her seat belt on and give her a pat and thats it. We got a really good back seat cover from the reject shop for $12 it clips up to all four head rests and is water proof so if there are any accidents in the car its not a big deal you just pull it out and hose it off. It has has velcro bits where the seat belt things come through and you can clip the harness onto it - works really well

when we first got our puppy she was drinking heaps to.we swapped the brand of biscuits she was on (pedigree to eukanuba) and stopped feeding the tin food and haven't had a problem since...maybe it's the type of food she is on?

Thanks! i saw the vet today to get Sasha's 3rd vacc and she told me just to turn up on the monday but she forgot to mention a time so thankyou Do you no roughly how much it is for the beginners class?

Hi i have been trying to get into contact with who ever runs this class (patricia bailey?) and the phone number on the hawkesbury city councils website is incorrect. Ive tried ringing the hawkesbury animal shelter and they are not sure of the correct number either even though the councils website links to them to find out further information anyway if someone could send me the details that would be greatly appreciated as ive got a 5 month old lab puppy who i need some more help with her training

My yellow lab puppy got black grease on her coat and although i was able to wash some of it out she still has black spots on her coat. Does anyone have any tricks or know of a product that will get it out and wont be too harsh on her skin? She is going to her second show next weekend and i would really like her to not have bright black spots on her Thanks in advance, Sarah
