  1. I do flygility and found it helps Tui an awful lot with normal agility. It means that I don't have to run beside her, she learnt directional commands quicker and I only have to call out the piece of equipment and she gets there as quick as she can. There's no way I can run as fast as she can and learning to go by herself means our times are better. Diana
  2. I know of someone whose Lab ate the fruitmix intended for a christmas cake. She told the vet what he'd eaten and said she'd read on the internet that grapes and raisins were toxic. The vet didn't believe her and the dog died.
  3. He hasn't got sore teeth or throat has he? Or he's feeling queasy? ;) Poor lad, he's very thin. Puppy biscuit is definately my recommendation too and I hear tuna is also irressistable. Good luck! Diana (who also had a stupidly thin rescue to feed up!)
  4. What are the benefits of crates? Well, your house remains standing for one! I love my crates. The dogs love them too. As I have big dogs, I prefer the crates when they're little and move out of them as they get older... Diana
  5. Me too! And in flygility, accuracy wins over, because a fast dog that knocks rails has to do the course again. Classic tortoise and the hare. Tui has won out several times over faster dogs by being accurate! Now, my loopy fast dog with issues? Hmm, watch this space, I'm teaching Raven the flybox and her anticipation is a hurdle in itself to get around! Diana
