Blimey, Louis is back into clothes again and Indy the cat is seriously not happy with the temperature change I had a hamster too as a kid, it was a stoopid one My pet rats were far more intelligent and loveable. I also had a pet pig when I was a groom - his name was Bilbo Baggins and I trained him to sit and come to call He would come round the farm fields with me and the 8 farm dogs and was as well behaved as any of them The pic is B&W but he was a ginger pig, a rare breed Tamworth. Yes feel free to laugh at the hair, but in my defence it had probably been under a riding hat for hours - and it was the 80s Looking forward to the b'day party tomorrow Mason

Doh I read it as 4 secret cats Ooooo now I'm intrigued though I was the crazy animal lady in the office back in the UK with 4 dogs and 3 cats - now I fall within the realms of 'normal' with just 2 dogs and one cat

I want to get more experience of photographing different dogs/cats etc, so thought I may try and get an email sent round the dog training class I take Louis to and see if anyone is willing to let me practice on their pets.......as my lot are seriously uncooperative and camera shy This is a collection of my faves so far (I thought I would send a link to these in the email)....all C&C and advice welcome please so if anyone takes me up on my offer I can make the best of the opportunity Click for Slideshow ;) http://www.flickr.com/photos/56265770@N02/...299862779/show/ Cheers ;)

LOL, I'm a mere puppy in terms of post counts compared to most of you I hope they continue for you My name is RubyStar, I am a DOL addict lol, ok potted history ;) Left home at 16, worked as a horse groom for several years. Moved back home, worked in a saddlery shop for a couple of years while doing a home study science course. Got into uni as a 'mature' student - did marine bio degree, aquaculture masters and 1yr of a phd. Gave up phd to move to norway with OH......did child care while in norway for 2 yrs - working for british embassy staff, so language wasn't a problem. Back to the uk, bit more home study, this time in IT. Got IT trainee job and it progressed from there! Who knows where my erratic career will go next

Have you heard if your job is safe yet Your poor mum indeed, how scary No way You're not looking for a traineer groomer are you
-
Deal And I know I haven't sent my CV to you yet but I'm procrastinating about getting back into IT at the moment I called into a local groomers this morning and asked if they had any trainee positions available....the girl said she would speak to the owner who is due in later, as they have been talking about taking someone new on.....so hoping I get a phone call later today
