CrazyCresties replied to kja's topic in Photos, Photos, Photos
That is one mean looking fish :p Beautiful colours as well -
I think all of us did Yeah I missed it too, didn't get back from a photography course till late. lol, anyone else first picture a live cow standing in the back of a ute :p I went on a reptile awareness course on saturday - it was really interesting and I got to hold pythons and learnt how to pick up a bobtail properly Just got back from discovering a good new dog walk near me this morning......Melon Hill I think it's called, a nice sized scrub land park with a great view up the top over to Rottnest :D

A friend came to dinner last night and brought his gorgeous dog Jill with him, a rescue kelpie x doberman(?). I managed to get a few pics of her this morning, but she was very camera shy It was a good experience for my unsociable pair to have a doggie visitor as well, and they all behaved very well Jill

What a lovely present I'm sure you can laminate it if needed

Groomed And Now He's Hella Horny!
CrazyCresties replied to Skruffy n Flea's topic in General Dog Discussion
My Daisy occasionally used to hump my cockers head but she hasn't humped anything for ages - until the other day! My cat went to the vet as she had a bee sting (she was soon back to herself), but Daisy kept sniffing her once she was back from the vets, and then tried this on Foolish dog http://s189.photobucket.com/albums/z49/scr...rent=Daisy2.mp4 I just happened to have my camera in hand as she approached Indy, needless to say she didn't try it again I can only assume it was because Indy smelt of the vets -
Hot Weather And Keeping Dogs Outside
CrazyCresties replied to RoxyNHemi's topic in General Dog Discussion
At the moment I'm not working, so they can choose where to go. It seems to be staying relatively cool in the house, so haven't put the aircon on during the day yet, just doors open with a breeze coming through. They'll be indoors once I start work - need to get a thermometer to see what temp it's getting to in the house, but I'll probably set the aircon for hot days. -
He's gorgeous - he looks like he wearing a waistcoat Sounds like the V Burger Bar is worth checking out too It's always good to have recommendations when you are new in town
-
Not as hot as here - Swanbourne topped the table today at 38.5 http://www.bom.gov.au/wa/observations/perth.shtml

That looks similar, thanks I'll have a look into that The Yard Fresh is a concentrate, so one litre bottle makes over 100 litres, which would be useful for soaking a sand pit area I've also emailed them to see if they do distribute over here, so I'll see what they say. What do people use to wash out kennels and stable yards etc?

Back in the UK I used this product for dealing with pee smell on the gravel driveway - it worked really well and smelt nice too http://www.environmentalbiotech.com/index.php?id=yardfresh Can anyone recommend a similar product I can use here - I had a quick look and Yard Fresh doesn't seem to be available here The main problem area is a sand pit that Daisy and the cat seem to use most days..... Thanks

He is gorgeous How is he settling in? Too hot to post on DOL Too hot for bloody cleaning but all done now I'm in that pool as soon as the agent has done the inspection
-
Thank you, that was so fricking funny Daisy adopted a similar attitude to the simple dog when we tried boots on her (to help with a foot chewing habit) - The simple dog just stood there and looked at me in a way that would suggest she didn't realize her legs still worked.
-
She hasn't humped anything since we've been here, so luckily it's not a regular thing ;) There you go - a bit more noise for you ;) We've got our first rental inspection this afternoon, so I'm busy cleaning - just got distracted for a few mins

you and your darn cows! I really thought we were in big trouble when the owner turned up. I love cows - pics please -
Focal length 300mm Kirislin they are lovely, love the pretty grass round Puck, and Peanut is the most gorgeous colour - I had a dog about 20 yrs ago that was the same colour :D
-
Yeah I'd put it in the stupid category with Daisy :D She'd been sniffing Indy all day since she came back from the vet, and I saw her approaching her and had the camera nearby - wasn't sure what she was up to, but certainly didn't think she had humping in mind She used to hump my cockers head - daft boy would just lie there and take it wih a resigned look on his face

I took a pic of this gull.... and then asked my OH to try to get it to fly, so I could try a shot of it lifting off....the shutter lag on my lumix missed it, but I ended up with this It looks like someone releasing a dove

My Girl Has Turned Into Destructo-dog!
CrazyCresties replied to Babesmum's topic in General Dog Discussion
Do you have a crate you can train her to use, and then crate her for her own safety while you are out. Have you tried Kongs stuffed with treats to keep her occupied and to give her something to chew on? -
Poor little poppet Hope she finds a loving home soon

Daisy - What the heck were you thinking! http://s189.photobucket.com/albums/z49/scr...rent=Daisy2.mp4
