  1. Thanks everyone for your help I've been away for the Easter break so I was unable to reply. Yes I did look on the DOL puppies for sale and there all but one sold out and It is a gorgeous girl black with white feet (still trying to convince my husband over the price as girls are more expensive!) Also I found another website http://www.freewebs.com/yysurhavanese-basenji/available.htm Does anybody know these people? I have emailed twice with no reply and the mobile is either switch off or not in a mobile service area! I have tried on separate days with the same result!
  2. oops... I didn't fill in my details and it must have automatically selected QLD... I'm from Vic... Profile updated!!!
  3. Buying a puppy in a hurry is probably not a good plan ;) Lines need to be researched, and you need to do your homework with regard to the breed's requirements , etc. Hope you eventually get a lovely pup eta LINK to available puppies in D O L listings Yes you are definitely right but one other reason I want one asap is that it took my husband a long time to give into having a dog as we often go camping and pets are not always welcome. I don't want to wait too long as he might change his mind! And in my opinion if no pets are allowed I'm not interested as it seems to me that today there are more and more caravan parks that do welcome pets! I did quite a lot of research on what type of dog we would like and the bottom line is that it has to be small and does not shed hair.
  4. ;) Phew... Am I glad I found this site! DOES ANYONE HERE SELL HAVANESSE PUPPIES?.... I promised my son one for his birthday that already passed on Mar the 26Th!
  5. Wow thanks I just did a quick search and you are right! It has to stay in quarantine for a minimum of 30 days at the cost of $800 dollars! I really appreciate your advice!
  6. Hi everyone! I will have to quickly introduce my self since I've just joined the Dogzonline. I am kind of desperately looking to purchase a Havanese puppy preferably female. After a long search over the Internet my only success was $1500 for a male and $2,000 for female all interstate. I'm basicaly after a pet dog rather than a show dog! I came across this website http://www.classifiedspace.com.au/1975-Hav...s_for_Sale.aspx They're advertised at $300 and when I got the reply I was told that the're from Leeds in U.K.! I was told that the puppy comes with the following: 1. Veterinarian Health Certificate and Acclimation Certificate. 2. Vaccination Schedule 3. Worming Schedule 4. Registration papers 5. Pedigree copies of Dam and Sire 6. Their favorite toy 7. A bag of the kibble they are eating. 8. Blanket. To have the Puppy sent to Australia will be $500 which brings the total to $800! (too good to be true?) Here's a pic: http://i496.photobucket.com/albums/rr326/a...tAttachment.jpg Has anyone dealt with this person before? Any advice would be highly appreciated!
