  1. Sorry to read about your horse dying Labrat, it's awful when we lose our furry family members :D
  2. Thanks guys, sorry about the two photos that were very bad quality, this is new for me so you I'll have to get used to how i all works by trial and error :D
  3. Hi everyone, I joined a couple of days ago and some of you pointed me in this direction. I live in Perth with my two dogs Molly (Rottie) and Tash (Border Collie). I've attached a few photos of them, hope you enjoy :D
  4. My Border Collie used to smell all the time until the vet finally diagnosed her with an underactive Thyroid. As soon as she went on the medication the smell went away.
  5. My German Shephard was 11 when I brought home a new puppy and she stalked her and drooled all over her for about 2 weeks. She eventually got over it and it wasn't an aggressive thing, she just didn't know what to do I think. They'll be fine.
  6. I have always had two dogs and couldn't imagine life with only one. My first dog was only 8 months old (border collie) when I got my german shephard pup. They were best mates and perfectly behaved dogs. They worked as a team when playing ball and absolutely loved each others company. With dogs since then there have been some issues but mostly they are much happier with another dog to play with. I have found that it's actually easier having two dogs in most ways. Mine have separate diets and when my old dog could only do a 5 minute walk it was a bit of a hassle but worth it to know that they kept each other company when I couldn't be there. I highly recommend having more than one dog.
