Hugs PFL. Sleep well, little Grover.

What Rebanne said. Also enjoy each day with them.

Totally agree. What is the criteria for receiving these grants - surely places like the LDH should have to show how much money they have on hand before receiving more.

I'm sorry, Kavik. Sleep well, lovely Zoe.

Lots of good wishes and thoughts, Panto, for you both.

Sending good thoughts to you both. Not a great start to the day. I'm glad you were able to see the vet early and hopefully Feather will be fine soon.

Pancreatitis And Big Dog Wellbeing
stellnme replied to CrazyCresties's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Thank you - I'll have a look for the Enzyplex, also the Whimzees chews, I haven't heard of them before. It's always good to get a few more tips on managing pancreatitis - hope these help you too, CrazyCresties. -
Pancreatitis And Big Dog Wellbeing

One of mine is prone to pancreatitis and does well on Hills Prescription w/d kibble which is low fat/glucose management/gastrointestinal. I also add a little of the w/d canned food which she thinks is a treat. I also give small pieces of cooked chicken breast like CavNrott suggested, and when she is going well, she can have an occasional Dentastik, as suggested by the vet. Unfortunately I just have to always be careful with what she eats. CavNrott - who stocks Enzyplex, is that a bit pricey? -
Wow, Rozzie - it is old dog central at your place. Such beautiful dogs, you are very lucky to still have them with you, must be great care!

Still Crazy After All These Years
stellnme replied to White Shepherd mom's topic in General Dog Discussion
What a beautiful boy. It sounds like you treasure all the good times with Casper and he is a lucky dog to have known such a great owner. I hope you have many more years and good times with him. -
I'm sorry CBD - I'm sure beautiful Rocky got many proper hugs. What a lucky boy to have been helped to a great life by you all those years ago. Sleep well, Rocky.
-
Lucky Charlie! Sounds like a great situation for you all, hope he brings you years of joy.
-
I'm so sorry, Kajtek. Sleep well, Kluska.

My daughter has a greyhound named Aura - suits her very well. You might like to consider Allira, which is Aboriginal for girl/daughter (although I know you said you weren't interested in meanings). It's a basic description for a family member and an old word. Sometimes we have to do what is best at the time, I think you made a genuine, brave decision for the Skyes and I wish you well with this dog. I agree they come into our lives for a reason.

So sorry, SeeGee - always so hard to lose a good dog. Sleep well, Anasta.
-
I remember Grumpy and your posts about him, Sheridan. I don't think we ever stop missing them.
-
I agree - I love that video. Great work and hope a great home for Bandit is not too far away.

We never forget them, they just stay in our hearts forever.
