  1. I wouldn't use a harness on a SBT unless you want it to pull you down the street. I have a 6 month old SBT who was walking beautifully with a harness. After having a week off from walking due to her being desexed she now goes absolutely nuts when it's walk time and gets really agro when I try to put her harness on. I feel like I am back to square one now and am trying to walk her with the lead only. Next weeks puppy school should be interesting without the harness. :D
  2. Hi I am new to this forum, hoping that someone out there can give me some advice I have a 14 week old Staffy, she has been sleeping in a bed in the laundry, still wakes a couple of times a night and I take her outside to toilet, she carries on a bit after I put her back to bed and wakes up around 5.30 in the morning. I have been thinking of putting her in a crate for night time, having read a lot of positive things about dog crates, to see if she is a little more settled. My OH won't let her sleep in our bedroom, would it be a good idea to put the crate out in the family room and sleep out there with her until she gets used to it, and then eventually move her back to the laundry? The laundry is right next to the kids bedrooms. Or would I be better off to try to keep her in the laundry as that is where she has been since we got her. Help, I need to settle this puppy of mine so I can get some sleep!
