As a breeder i have become good friends with most of my puppy owners, and still get regular photos an updates, but i also contact them and see how my babies are going. I have also brought puppies from breeders and have made the effort to keep them updated , but only one is interested in their dog they bred. I still have all my puppies, baby photos and there birth weights and so on in there own books, its a sad thing they leave home :D .

Im kennel blind and only love my own dogs. "maternal" instincts tell me my child is the preetiest and looks best dressed in that collar. Sorry Knuckles good for you, your child is very pretty, nothing wrong with loving your dog

I am really sorry you lost your puppy, as a breeder my self i can understand you are up set about losing your puppy, but form what i read it wasn't your fault. i don't understand why he would want the papers now, i would not give them to him my self. you need to get the vets death certificate and send the papers to dogs vic as they would require them back. I would also keep the threats he sent you and forward them on to the police, he sounds like a nutter.

Hide and collars wont crack, all you need is to put some leather balm on every 6 months or so. This lady make collars for all dogs, and is excellent in her craft.
