An update on Proden Plaque Off from Canine Health Services As you know, my shipment of Plaque Off has been seized by customs. After many phone calls, emails and many hours of stress it appears that I have lost this shipment as I have been informed that I need a permit to import it. The cost involved starts at $500 + $40.00 per hour for the initial application with no guarantee of success. At this point I am unable to pursue this financially. This has been very frustrating for me, and I appologise deeply to those who have been waiting for this shipment. For those who wish to attempt to purchase from overseas - there is a chance of getting through customs BUT be aware it may get through several times and then get picked up, not everything is screened. That is what happened to me, I believed that because it had come through previously that everything was fine, how wrong I was !!!! I am able to supply Troy Plaque Off 40gr for $32.00 to anyone who wants it, I know that it is alot dearer, BUT it is Proden Plaque Off imported by Troy with a permit. Once again please accept my appologies

Well no luck yet, seems I have to jump through some hoops, guy at customs would not budge at all !!!!Very frustrated at this point - This is an expensive product and I stand to loose alot of money.I'm for waiting a reply from the UK distributor to see if they can help me in any way. Staffordfan just tell them the product is available in Australia on the open market. It is distibuted by the Troy Company. Also tell them they do this on a regular basis and then it is always released. Ask if the product in future can be marked on their computers as already available in the country.

Hi Guys, Just wanted to update you all on Proden Plaque - I've been wondering why it has taken so long for my shipment....turns out customs has siezed it !!!!! Anyone who is waiting on this from me, please accept my appologies, I am working very hard on getting it released, but so far is not looking good. I will keep you all updated as soon as I know more...

Black Hawk will be available at the Callide Valley Kennel Club shows this weekend 3rd and 4th March - I will be there with a stall full of samples and product information, come down and have a look. EFTPOS facilities available !!!! :thumbsup:

I'll be running out soon and my sister needs it now. How long until you expect next delivery? Judi Pro-K9 Judi, The bottle that you requested has been 'sold' to you. The shipment has not arrived in the country yet - as I said I'm not sure how long it will take, thay have notified me that it has been shipped, and I will contact everybody who has made an order the day it arrives. Some people have paid already. EVERYBODY who has enquired and asked for a bottle has had their name written in my order book. I simply put up a note on the forum to let let everybody know that there will be no bottles available for sale in the first shipment as they are 'sold' - I should of said spoken for. Once everybodies money comes in from this shipment, I will then be able to order the next lot - allowing me to have this product 'in stock' so there should be no waiting. I have explained to everyone who has ordered that I was waiting for it to come into the country.
