I love rottie puppies, they are so cute! We have one in our puppy class. they are such cute puppies but they grow up too fast she is almost too heavy to lift now lol. is the rotti pup in your class a lap dog??

very treat orientated as long as it is chicken no other treat will do lol. kelari playing with cat

kelari is almost 14 weeks and is learning a show stand and feet placement. she can sit (but i haven't taught this and we don't get rewarded for this) has an almost perfect drop. is learning to shake hands, leave, wait walks fine on a lead will cross over but doesn't pull toilet training ahhhhi better be more vigilant lol but whe she does mess in the house it is actually in the toilet lol so she is in the right spot lol. (maybe i can make a step and teach her to use toilet) is learning show teeth and open mouth. has a pretty good come (recall) got to improve with distractions but we are getting there

what tricks have your pups learnt? kelari is learning a show stand, has learnt drop, is leaning shake and leave

Ha! Canberra is soooooooooo cold at nights now and when I'm standing there at 3 or 4am waiting for Elbie - even though he's very prompt and obedient, it still seems to take forever! i gave up it isn't quite that cold in perth but i cheated lol i leave the back door open and turna fan heater on up high so room is warm but she can take herself out to eliminate lol naughty me but it is working. my guess bailey is the puppy nearthe grey/blue pup

it gets exciting then all the fun begins the freezing nights waiting for puppy to toilet lol

gorgeous. i have a cat that likes all dogs even if they dont like him and he does whatever he wants tothe dogs and they learn to accept it

they are good i wish the tigers at perth zoo could be seen like that they are always hiding or sleeping if you are lucky to spot them :D love the cubs

There are bob tail genes in the rotti's there is a breeder in wa but some countries it is still legal to dock tails so pup may of been imported say like from new zealand i think it is still ok over there (apologises if i am wrong)

I hope to get my first ever challenge with my new puppy when she hits of age lol meanwhile why she is puppy a puppy of group would be nice

I agree identification marks, some people use ribbons, others collars, other nail polish or white out. my puppy had a pink ribbon for a while then went to orange spots from nail polish lol

Both my husband and I work full time the difference being i work nights he works days. We give out puppy pigs ears or frozen chicken wings and pletny of different rotated toys. she loves her kong and wubba kong lots of water, and plenty of exercise before and after work and of course the obedience training etc. we have been crate training to so she thinks that is great and will happily go in and put herself to bed when tired. it can be done and good luck to your mum some toys that make her think like food hidden in upturned egg cartons or in toilet rolls with ends folded over to get her thinking might help too :rolleyes:
