Can someone please tell me which test should be performed on the parents of toy poodles before being bred trying to help a friend ensure she is going to a registered breeder thanks

Poor curtains!!! Zola (RR) hates to go out on the wet/damp ground to wee!!!! Pathetic!! Just glad she hasnt decided to start toileting inside yet Silly dog, I literally have to drag her off the verandah or out from under the patio for her to go!! Yet shes quite happy to roll in wet dirt and magpie crap whilst out playing in the paddock...... Dogs who'd have them?

Well done Emery it would be a terrific feeling having your dogs do so well in a speciality. I am guessing the speciality was on the bottom oval at K9 - there was sooooooooo much food on the ground and soooooooooo many smells that it made training tough there this morning and then to top it off - we had the magpies come for a visit. Its hard when you place a piece of food on a food pot, go to send the dog to it - and the food it stolen my the magpies - LOL all you can say to the dog is too bad you weren't fast enough....try again Yes we were on the bottom oval and bait etc was thrown around quite widly, i ensured we fully cleaned our area and didn't throw food around, nothing worse. Good giggle over the magpies though ;) and thanks i am very happy with how they were plaved under an international judge and their critiques are very good imo :D Thanks :p

Happy birthday Mason sorry i was at the rotti specialty where Kelari got V2 only jsut missing out on first toa dog 5 months older due to maturity and Chandra getting a V3 1-3 judge had difficulty deciding IMO she looked over them quite a few times before placing SO happy the smile is a mile wide

just read your clothes thread is it your first show? jsut tell the judge and steward and tell judge she is teething and her mouth is sore,they are normally pretty crusiey with babies

lol can you get your trainer to show how to slide lips up adn show mouth yourself? do you normally have competition in the ring? as she is only a baby it may not be a big deal but check that its ok before doing it . try thowing a leaf or something to get the attention

Good luck and don't push her teeth don't want her to get hurt then be mouth shy. no idea on the squeaky but i have considered it, mayeb you can trian it outside ring so she will see it in your hand and give you the attention the same in anticipation?

Doh I read it as 4 secret cats ;) Ooooo now I'm intrigued though I was the crazy animal lady in the office back in the UK with 4 dogs and 3 cats - now I fall within the realms of 'normal' with just 2 dogs and one cat i have had a secret cat before but hubby found out when he got home form work she was only as secret for such a short while lol. i like intrigue ;) We have 8 ponds full of fish Several thousand or so LOL. And only 1 goldfish now as our second last one died on the weekend I think Dad is planning on getting two more though... our current goldfish weigh a few kilos Wow lol one pond was enough giggles. My one goldfish isn't quite that big either lol 10cms maybe in length

I think oso wins so far lol. i used to have 3 rabbits 2 guinea pigs, a pond full of fish lost count after 100 lol. 2 dogs, 2 cats, a whoel bunch of canaries and budgies when i lived at home with my parents lol oh and hermit crabs lol i am sticking with the dogs now oldest cat is nearly 6 or is 6 lol no idea on birth date just know when i got him. so should have a long while with them yet youngest is 6 months. As two of the dogs are show dogs they do require more work then i put in to zeus who is enjoying retirement. l\kids are more work than dogs and cats combined lol

okay 3 dogs and a secret, 4 cats, 1 lonesome goldfish who i hope to add two yellow comets in with, 2 and a half kids and a husband lol had an eventful mornign this morning useing my first aid trianign on an elderly gentleman who had a stroke. story in OT. thank goodness for pet cuddles

I sued my three rottis as a reminder to my drunken brother the other day who threatened to kill me. Husband at work this is 11pm at night, 2 and 4 year old in bed and i'm pregnant. I reminded him i have three rottis and to think things over. Now my dogs know him too but he also knows my male is very protective of me. Well thats fair enough. I think i would have done the same if i was in that situation. This kid hangs around a lot of bad people and he was using to dog to make himself more powerful i guess? I wouldnt really trust him at all i guess thats kinda the reason i got angry . im sure it was a party . He was addressing it at my friend and i do admit i did over react but this kid has always said stupid things to her and i guess the dog thing just made me want to say something. Oh well its in the past. yes i hate people that have the breed and it makes them al ltough etc, my three are very lamb like in personalities adn i love that about htem, reckon they'd show burglars the hidden jewelery lol
