Beautiful puppy MacAttack - love those ears! My puppy's been humping a bit too but it's when he's got himself over-excited playing with our older dog. I just say "no", lift him off the other dog and walk away. My older dog is no help at all - she lets him get away with anything.

How gorgeous - Phoebe is being a very good girl (and that kitten is to die for).

That does seem very expensive. My friend had her CKC's anal glands removed last year and it cost her around $700.00 I think. She goes to a vet on the Sunshine Coast (not a specialist just her regular vet). Her dog had had chronic problems for years and he has done very well since the surgery.

I started using white vinegar and my puppy loved it! He rolled in it and was absolutely ecstatic about the smell. I've gone back to using Urine Off but I only use the household one - I didn't know there was a professional one.

Borderfan - good luck - I thought I'd missed out (I was further down the list) but things changed and I ended up with a puppy - you just never know! Dwilds - the waiting is hard but it's good to share the countdown with everyone here. Nic - thank you! Jasper is a miniature poodle. Oreo has grown a lot - he looks like he's having fun with his little Shih Tzu friend!

Magstar - Oscar is beautiful and so clever with his TT. I finally have a couple of photos of Jasper. The second one was taken after the camera had its little accident and the colours are definitely off. OH took it to be looked at today and they are going to repair it and they also think they may be able to repair the smashed lens. Jasper has been very good. He has been getting on great with our JRT, although I think she puts up with too much and doesn't correct him. She just loves it when he is chewing her! I swear I'll lose weight with all the running inside and outside for TT. He has not cried once at night - just goes into his crate and settles straight away. He does get up very early and I'm hoping that eventually he'll sleep in a little. He hasn't been eating much breakfast or lunch but he loves his dinner. One of the cats is settling a bit with him but the other one is still completely hissy. I love hearing everyone's updates and it's good to finally add one of my own. Good luck to those waiting - the time does eventually come when you can bring your baby home!

Today was the day!! Yay, Jasper is in the house. It has been a wonderful day. Our JRT just wanted to play but was a bit rough but by late this afternoon they were playing beautifully. The cats have been hissing and acting like they just can't believe their eyes! I can't believe I haven't taken any photos - I haven't had time! I'll definitely get on to that tomorrow. We've had a fantastic breeder who has done a great job. We got a grooming demonstration before we left today - I think that is going to be challenging and there will definitely be some bad haircuts along the way LOL! Hard to believe the day finally arrived - such a great feeling. We are on a puppy high!

tez - I gather a new camera is on the cards?! You can't miss out on puppy photos! Nushie - cuteness overload! He sounds like he is doing great. BF - yep, we definitely need a pic of Shadow and Zoe together.

Emery - she looks so cute! Nushie - I'm a sucker for those little Pug faces - he is adorable. Sounds like your kitty is doing well too. BF - I'm glad you still post in here - I LOVE hearing how Zoe's doing and what she's up to. How is her eye? - all better I hope. Three sleeps to go - we have a severe case of puppy fever here LOL! The final countdown is excruciating.

Tez - he is a lovely boy - look at those eyes!! I love the third pic of Gus and Jane together - so cute.

Tez - can't wait to see pics of Gus - I am sure he is beautiful - they all are. I'm interested to see what replies you get to the two dogs getting on together - I'll be in the same situation next week. Tokkie - how exciting - our older girl is a JRT and they are fantastic dogs. We saw our baby again today - he is eight weeks old on Tuesday and we get to pick him up on Thursday. At last, the final countdown - we are just so excited. He finally has a name too - Jasper.

Gayle - Isaak is adorable - just gorgeous! Emery - lovely photos. Damo and Jaws - sounds like a great first day with Jaws. Your cats sound like they are doing really well. I think one of mine will be okay but I don't think the other one will be impressed at all. Can't wait to see photos. Bluefairy - Zoe has done so well with her TT. She is such a good little girl. I'm dreading the late nights and early mornings out in the cold doing the toilet run! Magstar - I'm sure the puppy will be the perfect one for you.

Cornell - we are the same - we have an older girl (9 this year) and are getting a puppy next week. I too worry that we're doing the right thing - I hope so. As for puppy fever - I've been burning up for a while!! Nushie - you must be soooo excited! Emery - she is beautiful - a little sweetheart. Tez - congratulations on Lochie. I can't wait to see photos. Michelle - she's lovely, isn't she? Glad she's getting used to the grooming. Our little guy is going to need lots of grooming and I plan on doing some each day so it's a regular part of his routine. You're right about extra time to buy stuff LOL!

Mumof3 - I agree about the lesson in patience and I've discovered I'm not good at it at all!! Magstar - Our puppy is due around about that time - I don't have a date yet - the breeder said between 8 and 9 weeks.
