  1. Old Bricks or Hebel Bricks might work. Merbau timber could also be an option, i haven't heard any issues with this timber needs oiling every year or so thou.
  2. The Snooza Snuggler is great Buster has one, he loves it. He puts his warm bag under the cover then crawls down around it. It so cute.
  3. We have Ins with RSPCA ( petsure ) for our three, currently $118.00 per month. We have the 80% cover, and have claimed on all three dogs. A 100% cover would have been good last year when buster had the two snake bites 5 days apart as he went over his limit and the second bill was over $2600 we only got back a little over $1200. But the money was in our account approx 10 days after the paperwork was sent in, so i was pretty happy with that.
  4. On Sunrise this morning, Great Video. #!
  5. Buster does it as well. When he was a pup i was told that it means he would be a water dog and a great swimmer. He only gets in his pool when he is really hot and prefers not to swim.
  6. Has anyone heard of these people or know who they are? Edited to say, iam not affiliated at all with this group, just was approached to donated and have never heard of them. So asking if anyone else had been asked?
  7. Who installs them? I assume by the looks that they are waterproof?
  8. Have you reported what you heard to your council?
  9. I hope we don't see them too soon. I nearly lost buster last year he was bitten twice within 5 days, both times a Brown. I don't think he would cope too well with another bite.
  10. Although i haven't tried this as i have too much of an area to do, but i have been told to try Boiling water especially in paved areas, I can't see how it will work but you never know. Same person told me about freezing cold water on aphids and it does work for me! Also have been told zero and roundup are so harmless you could nearly drink it Diluted of course. This i haven't tried either.
  11. Socks with holes in them I tie a knot in the middle and then pop some treats in the ends, Charli has a real thing for my socks and will protect them all day long. Also another one here for Yogurt containers, the little guys really love them especially Buster.
  12. Sent - can everyone in your family under the same roof send one in?
  13. Is this just in NSW or is this the case in VIC as well? edited to add 'as well'
  14. This is where the ranger should have come back and forced them to do the job properly, this is partly the rangers fault.
  15. PS It wasn't a shoot Just a few snaps I took at the trial. A proper shoot would have more variety You take the most beautiful photo's ruthless
  16. This is just terrible, so many things wrong here. 1. Dogs Should have been contained properly 2. Owners should have spent time training their dogs 3. Dogs should have been desexed 4. Also Ranger should have done his job properly in the begining People like this should not be allow to own dogs.! If they had of been responsible owners this would not have happened I can't imagine how this poor man is feeling
  17. For our guys Large outside kennel, we have carpet on the floor, sisalation on walls and then carpet over top of sisalation. For comfort we have a XXL Snooza Durobed, then an old woolen under blanket. This time i haven't (as yet) screwed the underblanket down, it depends on Buster, he's the destructive one and i have come home to find many a sea of snow. We have also tried a metal pole inside of sacks/Pillows/Bedding next to the door so that he can't drag the bedding out ( Similar idea to what Sandra777 mentioned but used a rod instead ) But the little bugger would eventually work out how to get out. The trampoline bed idea is great if Kennel is big enough. Good luck.
  18. Wonderful Wonderful Person It makes you feel so silly for worrying about the little things.
  19. Iam sorry you are having problems, you should be able to contact the business in question. What i can't understand is currently iam applying for a secure pay site to process cards on my website and the nab bank and secure pay want to know almost everything about me and my website has to be approved, i would have thought they (24/7 ) would have had the same scrutiny. One of the questions i've been asked is about delivery time and another is contact details, this would be to ensure the client receives their goods in a timely manner and has a variety of ways to contact you. I had a look at Petfood 24/7's site and http://www.netregistry.com.au is the company who handles their secure payments! Perhaps if you contact them to obtain a refund - if you are out of pocket and/or complain. Another thing i noticed is they dont ( from what i can see ) have an abn. If some of you have a legitamite Tax invoice from the past it may be on it, then you could do a search for the # and see if any other businesses are under the same #, perhaps contact them. Regardless you should get your money back, you shouldn't be out of pocket at all, and the web site should be closed. Good Luck and i hope it has a happy ending
