I reckon Pele (Bull Terrier) has had her Chuckit ball for about 6 months now and hasn't destroyed it She tried to destroy it in the beginning but gave up :p Amazing!!!!! She loves her Chuckit ball. All her dog friends at the beach have them. Not cheap but they last ;) The Kong rubber balls don't float

Make it a game and don't force Oscar into the water and he'll probably take to it like a duck Most metropolitan beaches have leash laws during daylight saving. Dogs must be leashed between 10am and 8pm and effective control at other times. Good luck with the swimming lessons

... and I think she may be currently on hols down here in Vic... could be wrong ;) She is on her big road trip and bridesmaid duties, but away for only a fortnight. FranCQ arrived in Adelaide on Sunday, just in time to join our Adelaide DOL meet and get Lappie and Bully (not me, Pele :D ) cuddles after a long drive from Broken Hill :D

Pele loves her SS presents Pele fell asleep almost as soon as we got into the car with her head on my leg. I had the toys in a bag on the back seat. Miss "Snorkel Nose" must have got a whiff of rubber and then proceeded to try and get into the back seat. Her seatbelt harness stopped her Pele has the most incredible sense of smell The Cuz is almost cactus. Every time that I move the bag the Babble Ball starts up and Pele comes running to try and find out what it is Pele is a very lucky puppy

Pele is "Queen of the Clam Shell" when there's no BBQ or food ;) I've got a bag of tennis balls that I'll try to remember to bring

If supplementing with fish oil vit. E should always be given. Some bottles of fish oil caps state, most don't I always mention to people who give fish oil to supplement with vit. E. Most are unaware So glad you boy is better now :p

I've got some dips and bikkies. Pele and I have the Woodville Dog Club's break-up first. They are having a sausage sizzle. Pele will get her BBQ fix I'll try and remember to throw in a bucket for dog water :p

I want to upgrade my sedan soon and looking at most small 4WD's (haven't test driven any) have come to the conclusion that a Commodore or Falcon wagon have much more room in the back and are probably cheaper to fix if anything goes wrong.

Here in SA a dog must be registered by 3 months of age. Cost per year to register $44 Discount for de-sexing $20 Discount for microchipping $ 4 Discount for training to level 3 $ 4 Total cost to register $16 for de-sexed, microchipped and "trained". IMO the base cost of registration should be higher, but with a much higher discount (equivalent to de-sexing) for training to make it a much greater incentive than $4 Also think that Basic Obedience Certificate (level 5) should be required.

Pele is easier to buy for as I've moved back to my 2br unit for a while and am up to my eyeballs in toiletries, wine and stuff in boxes and I'm not a sweet tooth. And puleeease no Royal Wedding coffee mugs or tea towels Pele loves is obsessed with Cuz and i-squeak type toys and wears red
