I always fill out the application before I go and give it on the spot if I like the place - I think it leaves the impression that your are organised adn eager. I'm not sure what documents would be useful for you as mostly they want previous rental ledgers, previously i have also been asked for written references, character references, and a statement from my employer about how much i earn. A friend of mine recently was allowed a dog in her rental if she agreed to flea bomb the place upon vacating - she felt this was a small price to pay to have her dog with her. happy hunting.

I rent with a rather large pooch. I found that the landlord either says yes to pets or no and didn't require alot more info than that to make up their mind. I do recall being asked if he was toilet trained and that was about it. I think you'll find they will be more interested in your personal details to make sure that you are an appropriate candidate for their house (can afford the rent and wont damage it etc). We were asleep by 12 there were some fireworks, Dex lifted his head and made a very feeble little woof then when back to sleep Hope everyone elses doggies fared okay

Dexter sleeps on the bed with me - he has two pillows for his head to rest on and likes to be touching the whole night - in winter he likes to be under the doona but in summer he likes to be on top of the doona. Although some nights he starts off asleep on the couch and then makes his way in later - he is always there in the mornings.

He kind of reminds me of my boy when he was a puppy although this one is a little hairier. My guess is he will turn out just like my boy someone's best friend :D

Hi Guys I have just rang Kepala. For some reason they didn't actually have us booked in for this month so did have a few other bookings already. They said they could have given us a run for a smaller number of hours. I made the executive decision to cancel this month given the small number. They checked and the bookings are there for the rest of the year. I hope that this does not upset anyone too much. Take care and all things going according to plan I will see you in Feb. Hi Kepala fans, No one has started a post for this sunday the 9th as yet. Just wondering if anyone is planning on attending or should we be ringing to cancel. I have been thinking he looks bigger - but the scales tell me he hasn't put any weight on since may. The only thing I can think of is that his weight is shifting around and so has made him look bigger :D
