I hated renting with pets, finally I bought a house. I don't think it is right for people to buy investment properties and then put numerous exclusions on them and therefore preventing the property from being rented. I remember being told by an Agent that it was very hard to rent a 4 or 5 bedroom house to a couple without children but that was the requirement of the owner, no pets no children and it wasn't just one owner. If a person is renting out their own home while they live elsewhere I can understand a no pet rule but not for investments provided you can meet rental criteria set by the Agent and if extra bond is needed that should be accepted too. I have always got my bond back with my pets living in the house with me.

My dog is desexed and is on Suprelorin implant and my insurance company paid up. I would never go without Pet Insurance, I have had good experiences on the whole and saved a fortune too. That's interesting cointreau...have just had superlorin in my boy again and never thought to claim as its not an accident or illness. I've been with Medibank for about a year with no claims yet so don't know what they're like at paying up. My dane is a girl and has the implant for incontinence I thought I would give claiming for it a go and they paid up so I can't complain.

Thinking of you and Stitch, sometimes results can take time to get back better to be sure than make a mistake rushing the result to you.

Options For Leaving For 4 Weeks?

Breeder and find a good cattery for your cat. Then you won't worry about them and can enjoy your holiday. -

1 Missing Belgian Shepherd On The Centralcoast
cointreau replied to kat99's topic in General Dog Discussion
Saw it in Lost & Found - hope you get a positive response. -
If you are going on a holiday to relax and do things without your dog then I wouldn't take him. I have had numerous offers to take my dog with me on holiday and I know that the minute I can't take her somehwere it is a concern at the kennel I know she is safe and well cared for and I enjoy my holiday too. Later in the year when it is warmer I plan to go on a doggy holiday that means wherever we are and do she is included.

Please post in Lost & Found too if nothing else it may alert locals to look out for her. Also just had a thought perhaps ask meals on wheels and community nurses if they could let their staff know who are in that area just in case they see her. Hope you have better news later today. -
What a day you had. Glad your Mum is okay and I am sure toay has got to be better than yesterday. RIP Nary

kat99 probably good to post this in Lost and Found, if anyone finds your girl your post will be easier to find there. What's your girls name? Will keep a look out for her, hope you find her soon. -
Not used one myself but a friend has a Pig in Mud one for her swf and is very happy with it.

I'm another one for the Hyundai Tuscon, drove a Holden Vectra before that and really thought an SUV would not be suitable, how wrong was I. Love it, enjoy driving it I get 500 ks to a tank while driving on the Central Coast. It is a much easier car to drive than the Vectra was. I have plenty of room in it for my Dane and could fit more dogs in it easily. As for sleeping in it that is great have plans to go camping when it is warmer taking my Dane with me - we will sleep in the back of the car because there is plenty of room.

Mo Just Had A Bit Of Bone Stuck In His Mouth!
cointreau replied to Dame Aussie's topic in General Dog Discussion
I thought my Dane was going to choke on some bone once so I stuck my hand in her mouth to get it out unfortunately she didn't realise my hand was there and crunched on it, with her back teeth (my stupidity). I knew I needed to go work (I work at the hospital) and get it washed out, so made my way there laughing about the whole thing made it very clear it was an accidental bite and had an x-ray just incase it was broken and yes it was. Long story short I nearly lost the top of my middle finger left hand. Went to theatre now I have a fully functioning finger with some different sensation, Ortho surgeon was surprised I didn't loose the tip because it was only held on by millimetres. Sparkles didn't mean to do it and looked very shocked at the time, still put my hand in her mouth but make sure she knows and have never had another problem. The best thing was I had Christmas and New Year off because I couldn't work. -
FYI Euk is being sold at my local Big W, think just small and medium breeds at present.

Argh! Half My Back Fence Is Now Gone!
cointreau replied to mackiemad's topic in General Dog Discussion
What a nightmare for you. Even if you rent the Agent should be able to organise something especially as you need the fence for your dog, assuming your dogs alowed. Otherwise as mentioned before if you own the place contact your insurer. Good Luck -
Thanks for that info I haven't read that one either or seen the films maybe it is time I was educated It goes to show unless you are showing or breeding the registered name really doesn't matter, I'm sticking with Sparkles.

Ishy no ignorance on your part I bet lots of other people are thinking oh thats how it is done. My Danes registered name is Lady Eowyn from "Harry Potter" I believe, never read the books so can't be certain. My pet name for her is Sparkles - and in my opinion that suits her she really isn't a lady.
