Dogs can get freckles, moles, warts, skin tags and Melanoma. I'd have the spots vet checked to be on the safe side.

ewwwww it's like skunk smell, I bet your friend could smell it for weeks LOL I gave Miley a bath as soon as we were done.

My first thought was Akita due to the colouring on the face.

I did her glands and the amount of brown pussy gunk that came out was unbelievable I am %99.9 sure that was the problem because that was the same smell about a million times worse

I'd never heard of a Clumber Spaniel until now and they look gorgeous!!!!

Maybe they didn't want her to have to go through quarantine etc I think going overseas and be a bit traumatic and confusing for a dog. I'm glad she's with you now anyway it's meant to be.

Miley is on a very healthy diet, so I doubt it's that. I'm pretty certain it's the anal glands and if not we will know after they are drained as the smell will still be there. I can't really describe the smell... kind of like wee and stinky bum I guess LOL I have watched numerous videos on how to do it, so I purchased some gloves and will give it a go tomorrow. I'll still take her to the vet also (I booked her in for next Wednesday) because a general check up is due anyway. I think she needs her teeth cleaned too.

I've booked her in to the vet. It's going to cost $30. I'll try the brown rice also. She does lots of licking and bum dragging too.

Yep, with so many possibilities, she needs to see the vet. Her owners need to know it isn't normal though..

Thanks for that Jakemon ;) I do have tiles LOL she is outside except for at night when I put her in the crate. Miley has her nose out of joint because she has to stay outside with her. I'll mention these pills to my neighbour and they will take her to the vet. I am sure they want this issue resolved also.

I think qualifications for breed specific grooming should me mandatory. I don't think you should need a certificate in washing and tidying up a non show dog. I do think a certificate in handling dogs should be mandatory for any dog job.. like walking, dog sitting, washing etc etc

She does this at home also.. which is why she is now an outside dog.

She used to be an indoor dog, but they couldn't stand mopping up after her every 5 minutes, so she became an outside dog. She is brought up around 2 children (11 and 9) and they take her for walks everyday. She also would go camping with them every weekend, but they decided it would be better to keep her with me this time because of the unpredictable weather. She plays with my dog and other dogs in the street, so is well socialised and looked after very well. It's just this peeing issue.

She pee's every time you touch her, pat her, when she gets excited... She's one of those oodle X's ;) She doesn't seem unwell.. full of beans and wanting to play, no fever.

I am babysitting my neighbours 6 month old puppy and she pee's constantly. Is that normal for a puppy that age or is it incontinence? Will desexing help?

If anal glands need doing, do dogs let off a constant bad smell? Miley is smelly even after a wash. I clean out her ears and everything but she stinks the next day. I have just youtube'd how to squeeze them and I am not sure I could do it without barfing Do vet's do it and would they charge much?
