  1. I have my nearly 9 year old Labrador and 6 year old greyhound on nutro senior at the moment. I have just heard today that this will no longer be made because the demand for it is so low. They were both doing really well on this dry food, so I am a little dissappointed that I wont be able to get it much longer. What do you guys suggest as a replacement and why? They were on advance prior to this, but the end result (what I had to pick up off of the lawn ) was huge! Both of them also get chicken necks, vegetables, sardines, eggs and the occasional natures own tin, but dry is the main part of their diet. I am not planning on changing them to a complete raw diet, so am just looking for ideas for the dry food please Thank you for your suggestions
  2. You're not wrong about the horror movie comment with that first photo! The rest of the photos are gorgeous though!
  3. Oh shit, how scarey! I too hope they didn't see which house you went into.
  4. Last toilet break here is around 11pm. Usually up in the morning between 7 - 8am. Mine don't usually make any noises at night, so if I do hear them I will let them out for the toilet. It is rare though. In the morning I can let them out and my Greyhound will sit on her bed until after she has had her breakfast Then she will go to the toilet.
  5. You poor thing! Do you have someone who can give you an hour a day for some time out for yourself? OP - RIP glove too!

  13. Not trying to detract from the seriousness of this topic, but this bit did make me laugh. A very good cross example!

  15. Thank you for being so caring, we need more people like you
  16. My vet broke my trust of him on my girls last day. He seemed distracted and then said he couldn't talk long as he had to go and vaccinate a puppy. I felt, and still feel, guilty because I asked specifically for him because our girl seemed to like him. That's the condensed version anyhow. When we got home there was a reminder for a cartrophen injection. A few days later we did get a printed card signed by all of the staff. It went in the bin because only one of the staff members showed us any compassion, despite on the day there being 2 vets and 2 vet nurses there that we had known for a long time. The third vet nurse, who was lovely, we had never met before. I will always appreciate her kindness, but cant return to the clinic. We now go to another clinic, that is associated with the other one but has different staff and they are all lovely.
