Here's hoping for a full recovery for the little guy, he is such a cutie! Thanks for giving him a chance

Sounds like she is in the right place! Well done for putting her interests first, even though it must be terribly hard for you.

Both of my dogs have the cartrophen injections every 3 months. Vet also recommended the cosequin, of which I did buy one bottle of. After doing my own research I have now switched them to joint guard aswell. They are doing well on this.

Poor Indie I recommend the vet too. You said he is happy when he is out, perhaps give him something to eat when you are out (as long at it doesn't coincide with strenuous exercise) Maybe he associates home with the loss of Bonnie and just doesn't want to eat there yet? Does he have any other doggy friends who could come over for a play? Good luck

;) Thank you Hollys mummy, so sorry I didn't see this last year. I was thinking of you this year too. Still so hard isn't it? I hope you are ok too

I am so sorry, I have only just read this. What a beautiful girl she was. After everything she went through a while ago, it is hard to believe she is not with you anymore. May Bonnie RIP Hugs to you and your family

Hi! I have an extendable baby gate that doesn't have bars, it is clear perspex. It is moveable and you just change the width according to the doorway. I chose this one to stop baby's arms going through it so haven't tested it on a puppy!

He still has his staples in and there is an area of concern on the elbow which may require further surgery down the track. In the meantime he is on bedrest for 2 weeks. In himself, I think he is pretty good. He still loves his food and tries to do a happy dance once a day, despite trying to make him stop. His bed is more luxurious than mine ;) that the healing process improves Thank you for asking Mim and all the best to your friends dog

My 9 year old lab has just had a soft tissue sarcoma removed and a skin flap made, last week. Amputation was one of the options we were given, however, our specialist was optimistic that she would be able to remove enough of a margin to save his leg and life. So far so good, but if the wound doesn't heal properly I guess we will still have to face the possibility of amputation.
