Do you know if the shows that were cancelled will be rescheduled for the same weekend?
-
WOW that is expensive. I only get jackets made and they are no where near that much.
-
Lady of the Ghans - she makes them to measure which is why I use her. I am not an exact size :) Also the suits are very lightweight for Qld weather!!

Thanks Gumnut I got her name and number for Janet at Dogs Vic! I am happy now :D LOL

Hello Last year when I was in Melbourne for the Australia day show there was a stall holder there who made suits, jackets etc. Lovely asian lady with amazing skills!! Does anyone have her contact details as I want to get some more suits made Thanks in advance!! Cheers Donna :)

For all you budding lead makers out there I stumbled across a FB page today and thought it would be worth sharing. All the products you need to produce your own gorgeous leads are now available in Australia!! No more sourcing from overseas. How exciting is this! Prices seem reasonable so no need to source overseas! How cool is this!!!! https://www.facebook.com/pages/Lead-Making-Supplies-Hardwares-and-Kits/436348329744634?sk=info#!/pages/Lead-Making-Supplies-Hardwares-and-Kits/436348329744634

Hababero Hounds are now selling at Durack and he has them out on display. I think he will be there regularly next year. Def worth a look! I have had a c-crates one previously and the welding came off the doors after using once!! I find these ones way better.

Picked up my trolley from Habanero Hounds on the weekend and LOVE it!! Best trolley I have ever had. https://www.facebook.com/HabaneroHounds?fref=ts

I had my girl done a little while ago now. She is fine and I am really glad we had it done. No problems or issues at all. My only advice is to go to a specialist or a vet that has done this procedures many times. It can be a difficult surgery and needs an experienced hand :)

WOW that is a long way from Wooloowin!! LOL Pity - he is an awesome vet and they are very hard to find. Thanks for letting me know :D

Morning I just found out that Dr Harry has left Wooloowin. Does anyone know where he has gone? Thanks!!

Hi I used Brooke at Dogtainers in Brisbane to book my dogs travel. The agents they use over there were amazing and couldnt fault Dogtainers at all. Brilliant service and took the hassle out of it. He came from Sweden It cost just under $7000 for a 12 week old pup. Quarantine in Sydney was just horrible and would not go there again. I believe Melbourne is really good as is Perth. Hope that helps!

Thanks. I have only just moved him over so might give him another week to see what happens. The other one just looks amazing and has so much energy and has stopped her scratching from allergies and her coat is snowy. LOL yes the young man is a funny one

Hi Anyone else feed big dog pet food. I am currently feeding my two dogs. Both have white on their coats. One has gone snowy white and the other one has started to go a bit yellowish. mmm not sure whether to put one of them back on kibble!! ' Any suggestions??

Was the original quote all inclusive - door to door including quarantine fees? If so, that is probably right

-
Hi Wooloowin Animal Hospital are great and are around $250 ish
-
:laugh:HI Yes using an agent and flight aren't booked yet so will know more later on. I did my own research about flights and assumed they would be direct - see glad I am using an agent as I clearly have no clue!!! It is a daunting process and dont think I would be brave enough to do this by myself I will be glad if there is a stop over as he is only a baby. VERY VERY EXCITED THOUGH!!!!!!

Just spoke to the AQIS this morning and they are assessing 6 October applications today so I should have the permit by the end of November (crossing fingers, toes and everything else). So as long as that all goes smoothly my boy will fly out of Sweden around 15 December ish. :D

They are changing the regulations in relation to rabies and the testing they will have to do means there is a 180 day period from testing to when they are allowed out of quarantine. Here is the link http://www.daff.gov.au/aqis/cat-dogs
