So sorry to read about your loss, thinking of you. We met when we were trialling in CCD, you were so proud of your girl gaining her CCD title.

We have even seen an exhibitor enter retired dogs at country shows just to get a spread of numbers. Obviously not going if there was much competition. I do think that a big problem is how easy it is to be granted a breeding prefix. Champion or not, there are many dogs of all breeds that are not worthy of being bred, just because a puppy is on full registration does not mean it will be a breeding quality adult.

In Victoria the ruling is no CCs for the State unless the Specialty show is held at the same grounds. For a National no CCs within a 1000km radius of the venue.

Does anyone know numbers? Any DOLers going???

I need to beg/steal/borrow an XL airline crate for next weekend. I'm driving to Qld with family and then I have to fly home with the dog (Luna). Do you have a crate that needs to be returned to Melbourne/Victoria? Do you have one I can borrow for a week? Do you have one for sale? *** yes I do realise you can hire them just thought I throw this out there I can either pick it up in Melb or Bris.

Kilmore Kennel Club show (Victoria) to be held at Bulla Saturday September 17th has classes 16 & 18! Lets hope that these classes are well supported.

The Wangaratta Nth Family motel a few kms out of town is very pet friendly, fenced yards and allows dogs in rooms, basic accom. You could try Millers Cottage motel, friends have stayed there with dogs in trailers.
