  1. Well we have a month to figure it out Taking one car sounds more sensible than us all driving that distance! wanna pick me up too on ur way thru LOL! ROADTRIP!!!
  2. Yeah that's fine. Showing is so boring on your own! So I am glad agility is on at the same time. I will chack in K9 tonight wat time the show starts and I have to be there at least a half hour before (for once can't they go reverse alphabetical ) cause I am first in for Gundogs. vCBR, you are doing Wanneroo aren't you? Sit with us :D I would even offer to pick you up since I have to detour to Koongamia to pick up the Pointer (and his owner LOL) but I wonder if we can fit everyone in the car (Pointer in crate in back, Pony on back seat with you?) Hmm Mirawee you may just be on! You can always bring a float for Pony I do have a dog trailer If the boys would cope that is. Will talk to Peter as well and see what he thinks Lincoln is trailer broken, he has been in one while he was at his breeders and drove all the way to Adelaide in one from Melbourne Edited because I put the writing in the wrong spot.

Haha, know that feeling as often the Aussies are first in group 5, unless people like Mirrawee bring Banjo along. At least showing a group 1 P.... dog allows for a sleepin. Yeah someone PLEASE show a Brittany! My next breed towards the end of the alphabet

  6. I can bring my gazebo I put it up at Bunbury by myself (that's right I can do it now ) but don't mind sharing. It will be much better from a spectator point of view that way
  7. If I am available that will be no problem, I have excellent camera skills (as in I can turn it on and keep the dog in the frame) Also do you know what time you will be there? And do you object to having a huge crate in your gazebo?
  8. Me and Pony are showing Sunday but I don't know anyone else who is coming so I might come hand down at agility in a suit!
  9. Maybe one day you can enter Lexi in open nfc or UD nfc and you can see how it feels :-) Awww I am so going to take you up on that one day I don't know when you are back but if it's not by this Monday I am going to miss playing with the red kids.
  10. I was feeling really unenthused about obedience and after having a serious think about it I think that the idea of group stays with my boys just freaks me out too much and I would hate for them to ruin obedience for someone else. But realistacally for Toby and for Lincoln where he is right now (age and/or neuting may change this) I am not totally confident that should a dog come and stand over my dog in a group down and stand over him that they wouldn't growl or posture and I don't want to put the onus of not reacting back on some strangers dog. Plus having that in my brain would freak me out and the dogs would know it. Still I am going to stick around this thread because I am training for rally-O and will definetly try and teach my boy's dumbell retrieves and scent discrimination. Basically one day i will have dogs that could do a UD round, but without the stays. EFS
  11. My ball obsessed dog is retried from jumping sports because he is unsound and my other dog is still a baby (11 months) so I don't know that I can do any training yet? But if there was a club in WA I would happily go down and be a ball girl or help holding dogs or the like.
  12. I will be showing only that weekend. Get your calenders ready for 2012 though because that is penciled in for Lincoln's agility debut Unless they do Rally in 2012, then Lincoln can wait until states :D
  13. I didn't end up going to training cause my dad had to work back late and I didn't want to leave Toby home alone when he isn't 100% or make him sit in a hot car :D I did do some group shaping though which was complex but fun! :D
  14. Mas- Ptolomy, Bedazzled and RS are always on hand to answer any questions, you also have the opportunity to put Mason through a called round (normally done by Janice) in a ring and have a go at some Rally (me and ST's signs :D ) My boys are lucky to do 20 mins work each, I spend most the night watching, asking advice, helping with the rally course, and playing with red kids! :D
  15. Ptolomy I have a gender confused brown handbag for you to try! I don't know if anyone noticed last night but I couldn't find Lincoln's collar so he has been wearing Lilly's (RIP) collar and leash set... but I think it suits! Here is a pic for those not special enough to see the Pony in person:
  16. IMO really not much can go wrong other then him biting a judge or another dog and you being reported. Everything else is a learning curve
  17. Pony is always more active after training! he gets home and is all "Yeah Toby" and going crazy! I thought of my motivation anyway- I already am defrosting my training treats and I don't want to waste 4legs! :D
  18. Amypie motivate me for tonight! ATM I am a bit like meh
  19. Thanks RS, a week night class is more appealing than losing half a weekend day for dog training....in my OH's eyes anyway I think I'll email them and see if they think Louis can attend. He's ok as long as all other dogs are under control and don't come bouncing up into his face. The class sizes are pretty big, if Vic park is closer I would recommend Perth Dog Club which has fairly small classes and will be able to help out more with a dog with issues.
  20. Mas all I can say is I was like you and was all urgh it's so far! And now I do it at least 2 times a week (and I think it will be 4 times this week)! It is the single most motivating thing for me!
