As March is just around the corner I will stop to remember two wonderful women who loved their German Shepherd Dogs. In March 2008 Dianne Gunn Scarcella passed away. In March 2009 Sirkuu Cronin passed away. they never got to meet each other in the flesh but did talk on line. I bet they are sitting up there together running their own dog shows and looking after all our sheppies that have passed. Till we meet again old gals.

To the vet with your doggy to have them checked out. My Kim turned 10 this month and on Tuesday she is having a operation to remove these hard lumps that move and dont seem to be attached to anything, as the vet suspects mammary tumors.

I havent voted yet because I was just wondering how you come to 1 of the working dog breed and 2 of the gundog breed. Anyway whatever you decide buy from a good breeder with good tempered stock. PS the gundog with the mostest is actually the hungarian vizsla but they do like to hunt

What I'm getting from all these sorts of posts is that people who thought they'd be okay or didn't get the warnings deserve to have their pets die. So much for being humane and kind. It seems to be beyond some people. and what you are getting is WRONG as usual some things just dont change do they.

Maybe the drugs gave her the diarrohah and is making her feel sick or I wonder if it is going to storm there. My old girl gets the huffs and puffs eaach time she has anesthetic and when it is going to storm.

A lot of these places have had fair warning what was coming so really there is no excuse. NOt like a lot of the fires where there was no warning.

Everywhere I have been has showers and toilets a lot I would not use myself. but there are always service stations to use I started off many years ago with a car, a couple of dogs and a swag, my kitchen was a tin box with a kettle and a gas bottle, and of course the good old esky. I graduated to a tent and a dog trailer and a engel fridge somewhere along the way, then to a purpose built dog mobile and a caravan, when I retire I will travel Australia in it.
