Keep checking as they may get some more, going by some of the feedback on ebay, I do not think the seller is big on communication

Yep I have revived a cat. When I was vet nursing I was assisting a 'new' vet in surgery and the cat stopped breathing. I immediately said to the vet breathing has stopped and the vet started freaking out and just sat there looking at the cat, I then said more alarmingly 'she is not breathing' followed up with 'do something' and the vet just sat there in shock with that I pushed the vet out of the way and began cpr. I revived the cat and the whole time the vet just stood there in some kind of shock. Later that day the vet was dismissed & the cat went home to her loving owners

Who Wants To Share Their 'doggy' Credentials?
jata replied to MsBex's topic in General Dog Discussion
After being raised with animals from the day I was born and having family pets for 36 years I was always destined to be around animals all my life. After growing up with dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, birds, guinea pigs, chooks & frogs, I knew from 5 years old that I wanted to be a Veterinary Nurse and set about getting into that as early as I could. At the age of 14 I volunteered at the local animal shelter and started planning my school subjects on getting into animal husbandry courses. Years 11 & 12 I did Biology, Chemistry & Physics as many veterinary courses asked for passes in those subjects. While friends were going out partying, I was at home taking care of my animals and studying. When I finished year 12 I got myself into working at an animal boarding kennel and proceeded to stay in that industry for 6 years, working my way up to managing one of the top boarding kennels in Melbourne. From there I ventured into more welfare work and became a Veterinary Nurse for the Cat Protection Society as well as voluntary work for WSPA. I then went onto to doing Veterinary Work at various vet clinics in Melbourne for 5 years. I now manage a pet supplies store and have my own little menagery of pets at home that keeps me happy and busy For me life without animals would not be worth living! -
Winnie goes to bed 10pm and does not make a sound until we wake up, no matter what time we get up

Hi Everyone My 4 month old British Bulldog Winnie keeps getting pimples on her chin! Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to combat them? I feed her Artemis, minced Beef, minced chicken, natural yogurt, chicken hearts, chicken necks, apple cider vinegar and the odd raw bone here and there. I feed her out of ceramic food bowls which are washed after every meal. Is it just a case of puppy acne or do you think I should maybe try another premium food? I wipe her face after every meal and also clean her skin folds with antibacterial face wipes! Any idea would be appreciated

hiring traps and driving to and from pounds is going out of your way and not so easy if the cat outsmarts it. Set properly and baited with a can of sardines, you will catch the majority of cats within two days. I managed to get all of the one's that were coming onto our property in the space of a couple of days and none of them have been seen since. Damn you need to offer your services to the CPS They are always looking for new recruits! -

Do not set up a rat trap, that is awful and cruel, it is the owners fault, not the cats. Maybe go to the owners or send a letter saying that you have rat traps set up and you have seen their cat on your property on a daily basis and its only a matter of time before the cat is injured. If you can be bothered, squirt the cat with water when on your property, they hate the shock of it, or invest in one of those scatcat cans and set it up in a particular spot where you know the cat goes, they work wonderfully! -

Oh yeah that definitely sounds like a British Bulldog puppy Stubborn, pigheaded and absolutely LOVES chewing & biting anything that comes near its mouth. We have had the exact same occurrence with our BB baby and we have copped some sharp teeth too. All I can say is be FIRM, do not allow this feisty keg to get one over you. I have spoken to other BB owners and they all complain about the same thing.. those bloody sharp teeth and the constant biting! It is most definitely a trait of the BB's, they are stubborn, feisty and love to test you

Yes she loved it! I look forward to taking her again ;) She made lots of friends of both the furry & two legged varieties, but she was naughty and crashed a few 'parties' Tried to steal someones thongs! Yes she hit the water within 5 seconds, she could not get in there quick enough! I was not so brave, I thought she was going to disappear and sink like a lead balloon but she was a good girl, she stayed where her big flipper feet could touch the bottom ;)
