And add to that if an aggressive dog came up to an onleash dog like mine and growled or postures, my dog without a muzzle may feel the need to respond. I can control him buts its not the point. I hate unleashed dogs wandering up to my dog. he's been attacked by supposedly 'ok' dogs before.

Not true for all dogs. Some have a greater tolerance for them, and some paralysis ticks have different strength of toxin.

Grain Free Dog Food In Australia
pixie_meg replied to viddles's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
I do believe that raw is optimum but only if the dog does well on it. For example if a skinny dog turns its nose up at raw but love kibble then its going to be better to get the dog healthy than starve it on raw. Thats just one example. We did raw for over 9 months but my boy actually lost condition on it. we're back on kibble and he is doing very well. We tried a variety of balanced raw meals and it was a struggle a lot of the time to get him to eat. You cant always argue that one is better than the other, it really does depend on the dog. -
When i purchased online i got mine from pookinuk.com.au. they have $5 delivery to most areas.

I'd say thats a stock photo. not the real dog in the story.

Well i've never seen it. i think its mighty cute the way they fold back though. Unless there's a medical reason i'd leave it.

Hi, Had a question about the show on Friday. Are we able to set up like with an ordinary show. What gate should we enter through? and what is a good time to get there to set up, given its not just a dog show but an ag show. I'm still a little new to showing.

Hd On A Pup Who Is Only 16 Weeks Old?
pixie_meg replied to Erny's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
sounds like us too. at 12 weeks we were told our pup who had no lameness had HD, xrays recommended and told that he would be very lame by 12 months. HD is virtually unheard of in Borzoi and i got a 2nd and 3rd opinion which came back with no problems. he is almost 2 and definitely has no problem zooming around or walking. I even got my new vet to check him recently. All good of course. -
hope its not too serious.

We've used the earthborn primitive grain free and while its not his favourite food, mine does like it. Fantastic list of ingredients IMO. I can get it for $30 for 3kg which is great. Grain free is generally a much better option than dog food with fillers especially science diet. I wouldn't listen to your vet about nutrition if they're going to push science diet.

what happened?

ok, fair enough. love it then. i just tend to see a lot of faked photos being passed off as true.

We're with them too and they were very quick to pay up. we had only been with them less than 6 months when Oberon had to have surgery. They paid up close to 100% after the excess was paid which was $250. It was claim over $1100. So definitely got our moneys worth with that one.
