1 week to go for our little miss Cyndalu... As she will be a first time mum, I am getting a bit excited but also a bit 'Hope she going to be OK with the puppies'.

We have now hit the 1 week mark and aren't we looking alot like little beached whales I still have my favourie but there is another very close contender too... And just because he is so dam gorgeous...

I am hoping to keep a female. I already have my eye on one of them but wont make my final decision until later.They are chaning so much though, 1 day i like a certain one, then the next day its, oh hang on, she is looking rather nice . And the male, I have a lovely pet home waiting for him, and I have the option of showing him which is good... Zenus, Good luck and please keep us updated :D

Thankyou Jackofhearts. I have found a site that has heaps of Greek names that have been devired from maybe 2-3 names. I am going with the ones that have a 'mythogy' bakcground. Mum and bubs are going well but my o my, dont we knkow how to use our voices The one with the dot on the neck (Ody lookalike) is the worst, and if she isnot happy, she likes to tell everyone. At the moment, ( I know it probably will change) the red girl and the white collared girl, are going to be quite the petite girls like their mummy, dot girl and the boy are heading towards their dads side (big and boofy) and the tiger brindle girl is sitting right in the middle of them all Hence the reason for keeping an eye on her. I have been weighing them at 4.30pm each day as that is when they were born. So from 290 all round, we have now got between 455 and 482. Kimba is going alright now. Still only drinking water with nutrigel but she has got her appetite back which is good. 4 days old

I was going to go with an 'Avatar' theme. But have decided as these litters will be 'Ody's' first litters, I have decided to name them after him. So as his name is Odysseus I am going for a Greek theme, gods, goddess, olympians, etc....

Awwww, they are so cute. Very happy contented bubba's there Lappiemum. She has drunk some water with nutrigel thi morning and yes, I have to bring the bowl to her and lift it up to her level too :D Same with her food. And she will only eat in the whelping box... At least she is drinking a bit again now..

Little miss Cyndalu is not liking being pregnant at all me thinks :D She doesn't get to 'play with the hose' she doesn't get to run wild with the flirt pole, oh the poor darling Here is a pic of Kimb and her bubba's all doing really well... :D Got my eye on the tiger brindle atm but only tie will tell

Lyndsay, look how much they have grown, gorgeous Having trouble getting Kimba to drink fluids :D I was having to put nurtigel in her water and that helped for a day or so and then she was liking the animalac but not drinking hardly anything any more. And she is eating good but only when I 'hand feed' her The puppies are still putting on weight but has anyone got any suggestions on how to get the fluids into Kimba :D

Here is little Miss Cyndalu at 7weeks... I got the stethoscope out last night and had a listen to Cynda's belly. Over Ody eating his biscuits in the background I heard at least 1 puppy

Murmarstaffs sorry to hear your news. Bokezu 11 ;) If Cynda has 6, then I will have 11 too..Kimba had 5 on 23-11, 4 girls and 1 boy...all doing well... Cynda is starting get quite large now ;) She is still going really good apart from the 'What is happening to my body' She is a bit overwhelmed with the whole pregnancy thing I think.. Will take some photos tomorrow..

Congratulations More puppies... We are all fine although little worried bout Kimba. She is not eating all that much so worried that she down't have enough milk for her bubba's. But in saying that, all puppies put on between 20-30 grams in the first 24hours Mind you, first night I was supplimenting a bit. Kimba watches me like a hawk when I am bottle feeding one of her puppies...

Girl 4 is the one I am stuck on woth the colour. Red or tiger brindle? But they are all so equal apart from the litte red girl head is a little smaller. But my o my, Ody sure does know how to produce some beautiful bubba's Girl 2 has actually got the same markings as her half sister, Cynda, So will be interesting to see if she has the same attitude
