Vegemite sandwiches all round- At least the girls haven't gone for the 'resturant' them thismorning and have actually had the same meal 2 days running Ody was sure he wasn't missing out too and was waiting in line for his share

Well little miss Cyndalu has never had a problem eating before either. Her dinner would be gone in 10seconds flat but now.... :D And then you get the Ody boy sho is sittin at the door watching me 'hand feed the girls' and the look on his face says it all,' How come they get to be hand fed, I wanna too' So yep, there'e me sittin on the floor hand feeding 3 dogs. You can tell who rules the roost in this family, certainly not MEEEEEEEEEE

Congratulations Bilbo Baggins, dont think there is anything worse than 'not knowing'. Cynda has her ultrasound on Friday but all things are looking good so far. SHe has a real 'i'm fed up' attitude and is stillnot eating much. But I have just bought her a 'chicken and rice' dog roll, which I never ever buy for my dogs, which she seemd to like. Her and Kimba had a good feed so hopefully they will have another one tonight I wonder what they will be wanting on 'tomorrows' menu. Bet you it will be something entirely different and that I have to go to the shop again for At least they are eating I suppose....

Ok, we have hit the 4 week mark and Cynda is still not a happy little girl. Still off her food. and just generally very mellow. SHe does liven up when she comes inside but still off her food. We have a scan booked for Friday so will get her all checked over then. Here are a couple of photos from today..... She is not to happy is she :D

Well we are around the 6 weeks mark now and talk about fussy bloody eaters. I am having trouble with both Kimba and Cynda (mainly Cynda) not wanting to eat a god dam thing. It is not as if they only get to chooes 1 thing, oh noooooo, i have just bout tried to tempt them with just about everything Have even resorted to start giving them some nutrigel and they will gladly lick that off my finger but thats about it.Kimba did eat some raw 'steak' tonight but Cynda is just not interested in anything. Here are a couple of photos taken today. Notice the 'Not the bloody camera again' look :D But then........... Amazing the change when you have her 'toy'

And I have to admit, the Nutrigel smells good enough to eat

Me too Ellz. I have only got 1 of them so do need to stock shortly. And the girls have gone right off food. So I tried them with a little Nutrigel on my finger and yep, they loved it and then went on to eat a meal of cooked chicken Just thought I would ask but even though they are relatively the same, think I will stick with the good old Nutrigel. Thanks Ellz

Just wondering on breeders opinions on whether Troy Vitamin supplement and Nutrigel are the same. I know that we can not get Nutrigel locally and have to go on line for it, which isn't a hassel, but thought I would ask as I do know that the Troy Vitamin Supplement is readily available locally. Thankyou for your responses in advance

She is gorgeous. I can usually feel a thickening either side, like a long bulge, where the two horns of the uterus are (when standing). If only you can get her to roll over like that for the ultrasound. :D I always think it's best to treat them as if they are pregnant until told otherwise. Well I have been looking at her every minute of the day to see if she is bulging down the sides And I think we can honestly say, my little baby girl is going to be a mummy. I was thinking the other day, wow, felt like only yesterday that she was bought into this world now she gonna be a mummy. How time flies hey!

Looks like we have a little morning sickness happening. Cynda is very food drivin and will gladly eat shite if i fed it to her, but tonights dinner went down rather slow. We are talking like from 1,2,3 its gone to 15 or so minutes till her bowl is clean. She is very mellow too and that is certainly not like our little 'live wire'

I am having the same thing here with Kimba who is nearly 6weeks. Has gone off everything, and i am talking about a smorgousboard here So I cooked some chicken to try and tempt her with that. She liked it at first but has gone off it again So tonight she had a big mix of; half a can of advance puppy food, tablspoon yoghurt, little bit of her barf pattie, cooked chicken and some cooked sausages that i chucked in with the chicken. And all that, well mixed in together and then hand fed .And I am happy to say that she had bout half. But now my other girl, will hopefully be 4weeks, is starting to sorta go off her food too. It usually takes her next to no time to eat her meals but not tonight, very slow and sniffing it before every mouthful. She is very food drivin so is looking like i will definately have 2 litters due 2 weeks apart

8 God I bloody hope not. I am just putting it down to a miscalculation when she is due and she is 5.5weeks and not 5 Kimba is one of those girls who had to be 'in the mood' for a photoshoot. And she definately 'aint' in the mood

Had to take a couple of photo's of Kimba this morning. She is looking like she has had enough already. And she is slightly bigger than now than what she was with her first litter :D this photo was taken the same time when she had her first litter. She had 5 in her first litter. How many do you think she is going to have this time

Thats what i might do with Cynda. I bought these ages ago for my staffordsyes haha but they love to stretch out.

Have booked Cynda in for next Friday. Cant see us getting her ulrasounded though. She wont sit still for 5 seconds lettleown lay on her back for 20 odd minutes Will just have to see if my vet can tell by palpation alone. Will try and get some photos happening this arvo.

She is going alright Sharon. Still dont know if she is in whelp too but if temprememnt is anything to go by, I am going to be one very busy 'Granny' I have booked her in for a check up next Friday. Still dont know if I will get her scanned as she wont sit still for a second lettleown lay on her belly for 20 or so minutes

Congratulations Jackof hearts. Is all very exciting I cant wait either Kimba-5weeks You can see in the belly photo that she got another rash from the friggin shave at the vets ;)

This will be Cynda's maiden litter too. Kimba first litter (Cynda) went horrible. Night before while Kimba was in first stage labour, my ex(kids dad) lost the plot on boose and drugs and smashed the house up and assaulted me and the kids. He also kicked Kimba in the belly when she went to confort him. Cops come and took hom and he hasn't been back since (my choice not his) anyway I was in town next morning(13th Jan 09) getting restraining orders and my son rings to tell me Kimba is in full blown labour but is having trouble. So race back, friend here that was helping said she is having trouble so up the vets we go. One massive pup stuck so c-section was done. Unfortunately we lost the one that was stuck but Kim had 4 beautiful little bubba's. So I now might go elective c-section with Kim as she is quite a dainty little thing....

Redkinsmum, I have 2 litters too. Kimba is due end of Nov and Cynda is due round 7th December. Although I cant tell if Cyndalu is pregnant yet, she has already shown some temprement cahnges (whining at the door for attention, and picking fights with the poor Ody man-sire).

Congratulations Lappiemum, and our girls are due round the same time. I have the whelping room all ready (need to be organised if going to have 2 litters :D ) Whelping box for Kim, Crate for Cyn, bed for me, cupboard with whelping supplies, tv+dvd, radio. Just have to get a few items and stock up on some other tihngs and we will be all set.... Do you think I am excited or what

Lyndsay, milk already. Maybe she knows she has a dozen+ puppies to feed Kimba is getting bit picky with her food now so I am hand feeding her already She is looking little more 'swell' this morning than yesterday. Hopefully will get some photo's later...

Kimba is looking swell this morning I have started putting her in a crate at night as she is already finding it difficult to jump onto my bed. Will have to take some more photos later. She is quite big already. I'm sure she wasn't thiis big with her first litter
