My 11 yo GR eye was looking strange, her 3rd eye lid seems to be up??? and droopey ,her whole left hand side of her face has dropped and she is dribbling. took her to the vet who said she has an ear infection and she might also have bells palsy. Now her right eye also seems to be going the same way. She doesnt seem to happy, she has epilespy, arthritis, a UTI and an ear infection. Is her time getting near? Lynda

How does one go about collecting a urine sample form a female longhaired dog. My old GR has blood in her urine and the vet wants a sample tomorrow. Any idea what blood in the urine means Lynda

Picked up a rescue on Thursday and took him straight to the vet for vacc and a nasal kennel cough, but for the last 2 days he has been coughing a little, is this normal after the kennel cough vacc Lynda

Its a hard decision to replace a dog but perhaps try fostering for a while, you can help a dog in need and a playmate for your dog

I have a permit for 3 dogs. It cost $50, council sent letters to a couple of the neighbors to see if they had any concerns then the ranger came out to check and that was it. But with my council you needed to already have 3 dogs before you could apply for the permit, dont know what you had to do with number 3 if you were declined the permit Lynda

i am surprised how much they like it. My foster spent time in it asleep, he got out and my grey got in it and is fast asleep. they have done this on their own accord. they seem to like being confined, not that i have zipped them in yet

I have a 10 mo greyhound and have just bought a crate. what is the best way to get her used to it. she seems quite comfortable going in and out of it Lynda
