I was hoping someone might be able to recommend a boarding kennel for dogs in northwest sydney. I recently had my 2 labs boarded at PETS training a.k.a Guard dog training centre for 2 weeks and both the boys have come home over weight, scratching and one has a bald spot on his neck. After a rather heated discussion with the staff regarding the bald spot i will never be taking or recommending these people to anyone. As the owner i'm fully aware of the health and condition of my dog before being boarded and expect reasonable care to be taken while they are being boarded. I acknowledge the boys can pick up things from other dogs but dont expect one of the boys to be missing a rather large patch of fur on his neck.
This establishment isnt professional in conduct with customers or follow up as this was promised and failed to be delivered.
Again any assistance with recommending a boarding kennel for future reference would be greatly appreciated.
