no she must stay at home so there is less chance to spread it to others, if it is KC. Even so, she sounds like a sick little girl and staying home would be in her best interests.

a bit over the top -
maybe plug it into a timer?

I've got two and they are on 24/7 in winter. Couple of blankets on top and the dogs and cats fight for the hot spot

wild rabbits are feral and prey, being killed by a predator is the norm for them. Dogs are predator's. Sorry for your pet bunny.

Totally untrue

Congratulations on your new puppy, I sincerely hope he is free of health issues as pet puppies are as important as show puppies, neither deserve to suffer because of colour.

Would You Use A Stud Dog Owned By A Byb/puppy Farmer.
Rebanne replied to Bilbo Baggins's topic in Breeders Community
who's definition is it that they are BYB'ers and what if that dog is the best available for the bitch? How old is the dog? Is there any way to breed back, are there siblings or off spring available, owned by supposedly more ethical people? -
I boarded my boy for a week, but only cause I was working and was worried he would sit outside the "bitches box" howling all night (I work nights). The bitches box is actually a yard and I was very confident she was secure in there, which she was, and he couldn't get to her but was worried about the noise factor. Only trouble was the kennel didn't follow my instructions to limit Miller's exercise and I got back a very, very sore boy with very worn pads. If I had been at home or only away for short periods of time I would have just did the swap around.

Lillydale K C-champ Show Sat 14th August 2010

why do clubs even bother having a closing date if they never stick to it? Aren't entries supposed to be closed at least 3 weeks before a show? just rewarding the tardy ones. -
Dogs Who Are Cat Chasers And Biters
Rebanne replied to Loving my Oldies's topic in General Dog Discussion
poor cat, the cat was there first and should come first, no way I would subject mine to a high prey dog, way to stressful, for everyone. -
Rspca Proposals For A Mandatory Code For Puppy Farmers.
Rebanne replied to minky's topic in In The News
Maybe if they enforced the laws already available there would be less need for new laws. -
Rspca Proposals For A Mandatory Code For Puppy Farmers.

fat lot of good security camera's will do if the theives are unknown or can't be recognised. Bye bye pups and maybe adult dogs as well, never to be seen again. Even if the theives are caught what are the chances of you getting your dogs back? And as for having a large, not friendly dog, you have to be kidding don't you, there's even more trouble waiting to bite some one on the arse, not to mention people are already restricted on how many dogs they can keep. One of my dogs saw the vet for the 1st time in 3 years recently, another hasn't seen a vet for at least 4. No need for them to. Can't believe this rubbish has come from you Souff. -
Excuse my ignorance, please, but what do you mean exactly by they should have culled? I'm not stirring, genuinely interested if it means what I think it does I would have them put down at birth if I didn't abort the bitch. ETA I would keep 2 to keep the bitch happy.
-
pups are sold but they shouldn't be going at 6 weeks. And personally, if they didn't want to abort the litter in case it mucked up the bitch for future breeding I think they should have culled.

Fantastically Focused Kelpie X

set an alarm, I've done that with all my pups, it is only for a very short while.

sorry for the loss of your beautiful boy. I have used rimadyl with no problems so far but I have also read that labs are in the high risk catergory for reactions to it. This was years ago when it 1st came out.

sometimes it doesn't matter what you do things don't turn out right. You seem to be a caring doggy person, don't let the hurdles with this little dog hold you back

I have a mongeral and I don't care if she is called that cause that is what she is.

Behaviour Problem - Fighting Of An Evening...
Rebanne replied to RedStafford's topic in General Dog Discussion
seperate beds is what I would do, your smaller/older dog is the instigator in all of this, instead of the couch she will most likely try and guard both beds.
