Sounds good but I would like a distinction made between the race bred and the show bred greyhounds. No show bred grey has ever been in the pound that I know of while the race bred are there every day.

The best quality food is the one your dog does best on and that could be one of the most expensive or one of the cheapest. At the moment mine are being fed on good old Pal Pedigree and thriving. I've only fed dry food that costs around $100 for a 15 - 20 kilo bag a few times in over 30 years of dog ownership and never saw a difference in the dogs health and well being. I usually just feed supermarket brand or go to a produce story for things like Bonnie. It's trial and error.

I feed chicken necks to my large breed pups. Also feed them to the adult greyhounds. Pups gulp, adults chew.

My greys love killing the fluffy toys, including the one that is like a cat, but it doesn't transfer to my real cats.

beautiful! I still have 4 pups here and they will be here until after the Royal. They will be 13 1/2 weeks then, one is mine, one will go after the Royal, one goes mid October and one still to find the right home. Phew.

Not quite everyone. I entered with no clue where Kerang is....just looked on map....little suprised to say the least. At least the late start and group 5 not being first....makes it 'almost sensible' alarm time it's nearly 4 hrs for me so I guess I will be home in time for tea. :D
