You are right Ceilidh - it IS simple! It is totally beyond me why entries cannot be sent on time? I think I can count on one hand the number of times that I have sent in a late entry and those have been times where I haven't even considered the show as a possibility until the last minute...but I'm only talking a few days late - not weeks after closing date. Since the introduction of Ozentries, many shows are now accepting entries up to the very last moment and I don't believe this "helps" those who may already have a tendency to enter shows late. Send them on time people and you have a worry in the world :) :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

1. I am already a registered breeder. 2. I already microchip my pups as required. 3. Happy to have my rego number and bitches microchip info included in puppy's microchip info. 4. Not happy to be forced to display my rego number in advertisements. Anyone who buys a pup from me gets the pups paperwork which includes my rego number and if item 3 is passed I will be forever linked to any pup I bred via the microchip number. 5. Already comply with ANKC standards for breeding. 6. Needs very careful reading, very carefull.

Don't worry about it stonecutter. As you say in all breeds you often have dogs camped right on the ringside. My greyhounds might have thought Ziva was a rabbit but that would have got them up on their toes and looking very alert :D I personally wanted to throttle the kids playing in the empty ring next to ours while we were in for Puppy in Show. No way I would have let my kids do it. They certainly did distract my boy but thankfully it made no difference to the judge.

the lump was a benign histiocytoma!

I have a friend whose pointer cross type dog got this. She opted for PTS for the dogs sake.

still waiting for the results, Easter has slowed things down a bit. There has also been a bit of breakdown of the skin so Fern's foot is back to being bandaged. It's a bugger of a spot for stitches!

I put messages on my mobile such as postal entries are closed no exceptions, Ozentries close on (insert date), please repeat your phone number twice, slowly; and it's best to text or email me. :D Worked quite well. Maybe cause the message was getting a bit more terse each time

My boy Warrior, at 9 months, got BOB at the Sighthound show in Sydney today.

I am so proud of my boy. Warrior has just turned 9 months old and picked up BOB.
