My dog recently had a MRI and the cost was $1500, this was in Melbourne. There were other costs involved, vet consult, day boarding etc.

My GSD's coped with less then 30 minutes a day exercise. It's what they were used to. They were also outside a lot and mostly slept outside. I had one barker out of 5 over the years, never at night, only if I was out during the day. Most were trained to competition level and competed in trials, both obedience and agility. I think they were pretty happy.

will be there Easter Sunday, a whole 4 greyhounds entered!

Four And A Half Week Old Puppy Not Gaining Enough
Rebanne replied to mini girl's topic in Breeders Community
I'd be getting a full vet check. At 4 and 1/2 weeks old she should be well able to eat. -

Yes Maeby's pug Grover died last night. I'm sure Cavnrott and Staffntoller would like to add something.

Rspca In Court Case Seeking 2.5 Million Against Them

of course you have to prove your cases beyond reasonable doubt you ninny -
I don't know why you think you still can't work as a team. I know someone who had a fairly aggressive dog (other dogs), it was her first, which she was given as untrained 12 months old who was on her way to the pound, and got a whole bunch of different titles on her dog by managing the dog, by always being aware of her surrounds, what dogs were near hers etc. That dog was amazing with what she could do, amazing. Work was everything to her. My nearly 3 year old entire male is very sweet, very biddable, and I was very surprised at the first time he growled at another dog, funnily enough it was his brother when we caught up at a show. I accepted it for what it was, an entire dog saying p*ss off. I didn't panic and think OMG aggressive dog must never take him out again. I continue to take him to shows, we continue to share our space with other dogs, sometimes strangers, often entire males and nothing happens. But I do not allow greetings between male of his own size, he is fine with smaller or larger, he's not stupid, one he could win a fight against, the other he would lose based on size so he has no reason to challenge either. I also know I could have peace and harmony at home between any other normal entire male dog at home within a very short space of time. But he is an entire male dog and on the whole most entire male animals do not appreciate other, strange, entire males around them. Part of the pack yes, out there in the big wide world no.

Advice For The Rescue Girl I'm Taking Today

2 feeds a day for now. How far along is she, does anyone know? Any food you have will do for now but I'd wouldn't be feeding her a puppy food for long. Normal adult it better. Don't overfeed her. She doesn't need to get fat. Lean won't harm her or the pups. If she is part sighthound, lean is normal. Don't add calcium. -
My dogs don't agress other dogs when on the extender lead. Neither does mine! And people keep commenting how lovely and well-behaved he is. Thank you. Some dogs do aggress onto other dogs and if they do, an extender lead is the wrong equipment for that behaviour type IMHO. well it's not the leads fault, it didn't ask to be put on an aggressive dog did it? Nor is it the dogs fault. Blame the human who used the incorrect tool.

Hmmm that kind of confirms what we were worried about. We do have a spare room that we could put her in however we were worried that that would exclude her from being with us as it is blocked off from the lounge/tv area where we hang out most of the evenings Eventually we would like to have her outside whilst we are at work but she hasn't had all her shots yet and we think she is a bit small. We also need to work out a shade and cover option as we don't have any trees she is not too little to go outside now, as long as you have found all the gaps along the bottom of the fence and you have time to sort something out for shade this week. Why does the puppy have to be penned while you are sitting around, can't she be out with you? Not much fun for either of you just looking at each other through a fence, might as well have a fish tank. Dogs need to be dogs and locked in a pen or room for hours at a time is not going to cut it. Puppy proof your yard, get some shade in it, buy a proper crate and learn to use it properly and let your dog hang with you in the evenings etc

are the new owners wanting you to pay any extra costs Alyosha?

You can't prepare, you just do, one foot in front of another. Never an easy time. Hugs to you and Tess.

but you didn't say that so I was only commentating on your original statement.

actually I'm not against this sort of tattoo. Reason is valid. Though I would have put my initials or something. Microchips can be removed. GSD's were and maybe still are tattoo'ed for ID purposes, in their ears, much like greyhounds were.
