Oh no that sucks. I hope it can be repaired and you can be on the way to your 70-200 again. Some apps, including Photoshop can tell you how many shutter releases from EXIF as it can be written into the info (well it is on my D80). Am also getting pee'd off with shops telling me about grey imports, like its better to buy it from your overpriced shop (rant over!) Anyway... We had Aubrey flown at 12 weeks and it didnt do her too much distress. +1 for Colonel Light Vet Clinc - we used them for Aubrey's desexing as we didnt trust Norwood for the task. +1 for Derek at Norwood - we use him for general stuff with Aubrey and Thomas. Although a couple of the other vets there aren't as good as we would like, so we make sure we get the vet we want. Matt at Brighton is also a very good vet.
