I FOUND HER she is going to get back in contact with me regarding obtaining saffrons papers and she will let me know saffron pedigree name she cant remember off the top of her head. so fingers crossed she didnt just spin me a line I'm so glad to hear that (-: was very excited until i called dogs vic with breeders name and there isnt any breeder by that name :D

im not sure how it works like i said this was before i knew about dol and puppy farms etc. but this "breeder" said i could have papers but i wasnt intrested in breeding so didnt get them.

Rottie Club of Vic might be another avenue to try. dogs vic said to try rotti club but i cant get thru to anyone there yet. i only know the breeders first name and where she lives etc she offered me papers but it was before i knew better so instead of paying heaps extra for papers i didnt get them.

I have tried contacted the breeder by her mobile number to find out either saffton's pedigree name or the breeders prefix but the number is no longer connected any other ideas? is there maybe anybody that knows of a rotti breeder in western suburbs that had a litter born around this time last year? i can give more direct info in a pm.

Do you have her Pedigree name? Or the kennel name? I'm surprised they didn't give you their prefix - can you contact them to get it or do they have a website? Any of that info may help you. Good luck - I hope it was just a misunderstanding with the breeder but with the prices you'd mentioned I'd suspect they're bieng a bit dodgy and I hope they've not swindled you. just looking for my old phone book with breeders number to see if she can give me the details

well i will give any rotti breeder the details i know and see if they know of a way i could track down to find out saffron pedigree

so the new owner is full of it and probably needs money and thought this would be an easy way out

i didnt mean it to start anything just out of curiosity. i didnt know if this female was part of a breeding plan and wasnt sure if breeders would then rehome a dog that didnt suit there needs. whereas if she was just a pet dog i understand being annoyed but wondered if it would change her feeling towards the dog. i think if i found out saffron wasnt purebred id be mad but i love her so much that i my feelings for her wouldnt change.

have u called the other pups new owners and checked on there well being because if this puppy did contract something while in your care the other puppys might be at risk, no harm them getting checked

oh trust me if realestate and oh would agree he wouldnt have even seen that horrid ranger bully is so sweet and has stolen a piece of my heart.

he lived with a mutt breed pup. they ived near me but the home was sold and they have left with no forwarding details. i have had a few conversations with his female owner but hot the impression that bully was only a panis extension for his male owner. bully was under weight the first time he came here so i think he kept coming back for food. but his female puppy friend was very thin so rspca took her. edited to add saffron has a bell because she had a thing for chasing and killing birds. in case ppl were wondering

she also said my dobe x sheperd is cute i thought top pick would show how the got on saffron was depressed for few days after he left

yes bully seemed to think he lived here and constantly got out i only got ranger to take him because he couldnt stay here and i left a note on his owners place to say he was here but a week later note still on front door untouched so i called the ranger and took the note off 3 days later they came to see if he was here. and yes she did say from the tan. also marks on his nose and his eye are from escaping. he had the most beautiful nature i lifted his head out of his food bowl (not always a smart thing) to clean his eye. the ranger was a real **** . she jerked his neck with the lead and started screaming at him when she had him out the front because he stood up when another dog went past. she also told me i should be charged for theft because i let him stay her for a week

this was a stray boy that got out and wondered into my house. the ranger that picked him up said he was pit bull x kelpiebecause of his markings. i have spoken to hid owners and they say bully is pure am staff im just posting here to see what u guys think. .

im not sure the OP circumstances so im nto commenting on that. As for being told that papers cost $400 extra i thought that was normal. like i have previously said it was before my DOL days so i didnt know any better. i would never buy a dog without papers now.

i dont know the answer sorry but was also wondering this. i brought saffron from a breeder who offered papers but before i came here i didnt know any better so didnt get the papers. i have been trying to figure out how i can find saffrons heritage without her papers because i didnt think to ask what her prefix was.

i have contacted our breeder 3 times since we got her 1st the day after we got her to let her breeder know that she didnt fret suring the night then couple months after getting her to say she had settled in just nicely and few weeks ago to jst say hi and only ever heard from her once and that was the first time even then she seemed unintrested. edited to add i have messaged and emailed the breeder
