My vizsla boy is 22kg and very short for the breed (his sisters are all taller) but to me he's the best size I wouldn't want him any taller to be honest, my mums bitch is taller than him at 18 months old and weighs around 25kg. My boy would fit Aussies situation really well, mum's girl not so much, but if you matched with the right breeder it could work.

And The Award For World Class Whining Goes To.........
Bundyburger replied to Little Gifts's topic in General Dog Discussion
If OH shuts the toilet door Bundy stands there and whines, he doesn't do it to me. He starts whining an hour before dinner, whines when he's cold, or when he wants up on the bed or under the doona.. the list goes on. -
Tv Adds Your Dogs Hate...or Love
Bundyburger replied to flame ryder's topic in General Dog Discussion
Mine just love TV in general! -
Thats a lucky dog. Our kelpie broke his harness in OHs ute at 18 months old and jumped out, this was before i met OH. He broke his pelvis, and OH had only just started moving. He was one lucky dog that's for sure. I hate dogs in utes for this reason, unless they are tied incredibly short and on two tethers. . it took years for the poor soul to travel in cars of any kind without stressing.

What To Use On Healing Wounds?
Bundyburger replied to Bundyburger's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Bones don't stop him from scratching an itch Perse! I have neocourt so i will try that, I can't bandage up where his wounds are so solugel is out. -
My pooch had surgery two weeks ago to remove two lumps. He has a small wound on his wrist thats healing well, and a very large one on his elbow that's going to leave a big scar. My boy is beginning to flea bite chew the shaved patches around the wrist wound and where the drip was on his other leg as well as lick at his elbow, so I presume that he's quite itchy. What can I use to encourage healing and soothe the itchiness? His hair grows back really slowly too.

Yep i third trying a bigger piece, she will have to slow down and chew then not rush and gulp. -
why the sad face? Its not a sad face , its a confused ine. I didn't realise affies were so unusual that theyre imported? I'd say thats what the face was about.

Is It Cruel To Leave Pup Alone Like This?
Bundyburger replied to katylil's topic in General Dog Discussion
It is not cruel, if we all thought it was, working people would never get puppies. You are lucky you can go home at lunch, my pup was alone 9 hours a day (but not often, only on shift overlaps) when quite young. Hes now a well adjusted 6yo. -
Bundy is 5, his chin is grey, and his cheeks are getting flecks. We joke its because he puts up with my highstress levels!
-
Bundy yelps, growls, cries, runs, and barks in his sleep and can be so vocal he gives me the giggles, he can get a fright if you wake him up so we just leave him be. Diesel will whine so loudly he wakes himself up. I wish i knew what they were thinking.

Interesting! Our vizsla does this to our kelpie when he's panicking at the vet, well as much as he can while the kelpie is muzzled. It really does work so what you are saying makes sense. Other than that mine don't lick each other

Vizsla thing this. Really? His half sister didn't do it!
